20 euros for a necklace
20 euros for a necklace. Okay, it looked nice, so I bought it. I was sure it was silver. When I actually saw it - I was shocked. It looked worse than necklaces from Temu or Shein. But I decided to give it a chance - maybe it just looked that way. Unfortunately not - after about an hour of wearing it, without doing anything special, it just broke.
This is worth maybe 2 euros, not 20 😭 I feel really cheated.

The brand absolutely meets my taste. I am very happy with the earrings and necklaces. There were some minor problems with the bracelets and rings, but the company sorted them out quickly.
The customer service team is also great!

Terrible quality. SHEIN quality is still ten times better than this.
Update: originally gave one star because quality of the necklace is really cheap and clasp arrived broken and stained but changed it to two stars after customer service contacted me. I did write an email about how disappointed I am in the product and they forwarded it to the owner of the brand and she refunded me my money. so even though I wouldn’t order again the customer service was really good and fast solving my problem.

I kept asking for a month about my package and they didn’t even send me a confirmation email. They kept telling me to wait and check a tracking website that didn’t give a lot of information. After I asked for a refund they tried to put the blame on me that the package didn’t arrive and that they didn’t get a clear answer from the delivery firm.

Here is also the text we added to your previous post, as you continue to post harmful messages that contain inaccuracies. We've contacted you personally about this matter.
Since you continue to present our company differently online, here's the full story: You placed an order with us. Since you wouldn't be home long, you wanted the order delivered by a specific date. When that proved impossible, you contacted us and wanted to cancel the order. We told you this wasn't possible because the order was already in transit. The order was then delivered, and we offered to return it. You refused. You then wrote a second review, despite us kindly contacting you and sincerely wanting to help.
I've decided to refund you. Not because you are right, but because we did everything to help you, but there is not much we can do if somebody is not open for help. Once you return home, you can keep the jewelry you received. We regret this misrepresentation and that you are not willing to reach a fair settlement. It's unfortunate that you're abusing this platform to harm us.
I hope you understand that wrongly portraying us as scammers is very damaging to us, and we hope you'll stop doing this in the future. We are more than happy to help our customers, unfortunately, that's impossible since you're not open to a solution. Your refund is on it's way and as mentioned, you can keep the jewelry. We step away from this situation and don't accept any of this.
We are a positive brand and we like our customers to be fair and positive people as well.

Very cheap quality, and basically no customer support
Very cheap quality. I ordered 4 itmes. One necklace has a very cheap clasp, that does not fuction properly and does not close, without pushing it in. The earings also don't close properly. The ring seems super light and cheap. All items feel super cheap and all the clasps from the necklaces and the earings dont fuction smooth at all.
Customer support does not help at all. It seems like I just get automated answers, that don't respond to my message. So all in all, the items are way too expensive for what they really are.

Wouldn’t purchase again
Wouldn’t purchase again. The items are very beautiful but the quality is very poor. I could have bought the earrings from Temu for much less. When I reached out to the customer service, they weren’t willing to help and seemed to be very ignorant although one of the earring didn’t close (it was too loose) and when I wore them, they opened. The other ones on the other hand didn’t close at all. They tried to teach me how to bend it, but this shouldn’t be even needed if the quality was according to the price. I’m super sad about this experience.

The jewellery is fine, but customer service is a joke. I've returned several items from an order in the original condition, well within the returning dates, and I'm yet to receive a refund or acknowledgement of the receipt of the return. Avoid!
Edit - the issue was resolved in the end, but it took leaving a bad review on trustpilot to actually hear back from them.

Unfortunately, I must conclude that the way you are currently communicating with us and portraying us online is, in my opinion, not fair. When placing your order, you provided the address of a store. However, we do not offer delivery to stores. A pickup point can only be selected online when it is offered through a pickup point locator — this is not the case with us. Therefore, the letterbox package was sent to the store address and delivered through their mailbox. Since a store typically has multiple employees, I can imagine that something may have gone wrong during the internal handling of the delivery. However, this is not our responsibility. Calling us scammers and urging others not to shop with us is, frankly, absurd.
Seven years ago, we've started this business and we are proud of what we’ve built. We are customer-oriented and always try to think along with our clients. Under normal circumstances, I would have asked my colleagues to send a new package to your home address. However, in this situation, I don’t believe that’s appropriate. You cannot hold us responsible for a mistake that occurred due to you entering an incorrect address that is not a valid delivery location.
I hope you understand that this way of handling things is not acceptable and that, under these circumstances, we are unable to assist you further. I would like to hear your side of the story and still hope we can reach a respectful solution together.
