Thanks to my advisor Sam Verbruggen for the support and assistance. Our previous calls were interrupted several times due to my work meetings, but you were always patient enough to call me back and help me understand the details of the new plan.

Smooth, fast, clear, helpful, active

I have a vast contract so have no interest in changing engergy providers. No idea how they got my details but even after removing concent using “notawijzer nl/toestemming-intrekken/“I still get calls all days of the week and all hours of the day and every time I’m saying that I’m not interested.

Edit: They did later call and apologize after seeing this review as it was an “IT error”.

Sam from Notawijzer did help me end to end with my contract for energy. She is excellent and shown patience to clarify all my questions and give me reasonable contract with lower prices than what I was paying previously.

It took me a low effort and the discount on my energybill went down for 15 procent.

Very nice company. They help you to arrange cheaper energy contracts for your home. People at the other side of the phone are very kind and show you the best choices for reducing the cost of you energy contract comparing between different companies. They call you every 1 or 2 years to offer you new options. They arrange all the bureaucratic stuff for you. I recommend it 100%.

Great experience with notawijzer

I was contacted by Notawijzer 1 week ago and, given what was explained to me, I ended up agreeing in changing to a new Elctricity and Gas supplier. As we are already use to this... we need to sign immediately and that, doesn't give us the possibility to do a full comparison if, indeed, the change is better. After the call has finished, I tried to do a brief comparison but... there were so many values, I felt quite overwhelmed with the comparison I would need to do and... left it for later but, the first impression was that it was not advantageous for me. I called Notawijzer and told them that, by the looks of it... the deal was not so great for me so... I would like to rollback the decision. The agent on the other side, made me some more questions which I was not prepared to answer so... I promised to myself, I would need to do a full comparison. Which I did the day after. I compared every single aspect of the rates and... I ended up seeing clearly that, the change would not be good. Today, I called Notawijzer again, explained the situation and the agent on the other side, aknowledge my arguments and... with no hesitation, cancel the transfer to the new supplier... everything remains as it was. I'm happy with the outcome.
