The notary was very patient and knowledgeable. The wait to get a notary to do the job was the only problem. I had to wait for almost 2 hours online to do what took less than 30 minutes work.

Very difficult to use
Very difficult to use. with minimal instructions and overview. No active help available. Virtually impossible to use if a person doesn't have adequate software and difficulty utilizing computer/ hardware skills. Roadblocks in the system further cause difficulties and delays.

I recommend notary cam highly
I really like notary cam. Its convenient and a good value. The notaries in both of my experiences have been delightful and professional. My recommendation: while people are waiting to connect, let them know if they are first, second, etc., and what the expected wait time. That is my only complaint!
