Purportedly a notary, but in reality no more than a glorified middleman courier service between the customer and the government’s home office, for which they will charge you a small fortune. As soon as there are issues with documentation they shun all accountability and blame someone else, although they will tell you with a smile, so at least they have manners. Stay well away!

Very happy with my experience (which was to get a birth certificate legalised and sent to Brazil). I was seen promptly on arrival and the process was smooth and efficient.
