What a wonderful company this is. I ordered gifts for my partner, which exceeded my expectations. Website is beautiful, and they were kind enough to include an extra.
Understandably, problems occur in life & there was an issue regarding production of an item.
Contacted the team to inform them and the Customer Service was above and beyond.
Exceptionally quick communication and more than adequate solution offered by the team.
Bought a few times from them before but the last one was the first personalised one. I went a little crazy and got everything matching, I do love my new phone case and AirPod case.
The customer service was super helpful. My gift arrived quickly and beautifully packed. I will definitely be shopping here again.
Made an order online, wrong size item was sent. They asked me to send a picture of what I bought then they said sorry we have sent you the wrong item, but can't replace it with the item you ordered as we no longer stock it. So they made a mix up with sizes available on their website. Found the customer service weak in wanting to rectify the situation at first but have improved since contacting them again and they offered and I have received a partial refund as a good will gesture.

Excellent customer service. I recently received a cosmetics case from Not Another Bill as a gift. Unfortunately the personalised had been done incorrectly, however within 24 hours of letting them know a new one was sent in replacement along with a complimentary personalised leather notebook (worth £40). No hassle whatsoever.
Absolutely delighted with my stunning bespoke phone case and bespoke shoulder strap... amazingly speedy service and beautifully made... love this company!!
Beware really disappointing customer service - I was given the small teal with fuchsia travel cosmetic case for my birthday and loved it so much that I decided to buy the larger one for myself - sadly for me the colour of the larger one doesn’t match - apparently no recourse because both items are monogrammed

Was over the moon with my mini Moet hamper gift !! A really unique gift in a beautiful personalised wooden box. I cannot wait to give this to my Daughter on her 18th!!! The service from this company was also amazing .I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an unusual beautiful gift.
Exceptionally good quality - I used them for gifts for my 18 year old twin God-children and they loved the personalised luggage tags and phone cases (plus booze). Packaging was luxury and they were delighted. Great customer service, quick to respond to my many questions, thank you!

As per other reviews they market themselves as luxury, but in reality you'd pay < £10 from anywhere else.
Don't offer free returns either - not surprised when the quality is so poor.

I have ordered on a number of occasions and have really enjoyed the selection of gifts as well as the friendly customer service team who helped me order a personalised iPhone case.
This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I am beyond angry at the way they are handling my situation. I ordered a custom case from them for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The company seems luxurious and the pictures they had on their website sold me on the case. When I finally get the case, its different from the photos on the website. The leather looks cheap, like something from Aliexpress. The initials looks like they are ironed on and not uv printed. Honestly, I could of made this case with my cricuit machine. There was dry glue residue seeping out from under my initials. Im not sure if they glued down a sticker of my intials or what. The company basically told me the case is up to par with their standards when I messaged them through instagram. They have stopped responding to me although I sent them many pictures and videos of the case I received. They market their cases as luxurious l but what you receive is cheap and the opposite of luxurious. Also, I was shopping for a UV printer because I want to start my own business. I sent a photo of the case to the company and they also stated that it looked like Not Another Bill used the wrong ink. I tried to give Not Another Bill constructive feedback because I would like to see them succeed. However, they don't seem to be open to criticism or improving their standards. Also check out some other reviews on here that had the same issue as me.

You guys are quick to respond on here but left me on "seen" on instagram. I have emailed you guys and am now speaking with a rep who is basically telling me it is what it is and there is nothing we can do for you. Again, awful customer service. Visiting you shop and seeing pictures of how you make your cases is going to do what exactly? Nothing. Im still disappointed with the product I received.

The orders I placed were received in good time and although I think that some things are a little over priced I would say the products are good fair quality. I will definitely order again and recommend Not another Bill to my family and friends 😀

Lovely items, lovely packaging, prompt delivery. However, I ordered a necklace and they sent the wrong one. When I contacted them, they apologised and advised that the one I wanted was now out of stock (it was a specific birthday present so now have to find something else with 2 days to go and while in tier 4!). Mistakes happen. However the options given were to keep the item I didn’t want (and they keep all my money for the item I did want!), or refund and return. I don’t want to go and queue at post office so they have sent a returns label to print (at my cost to print) and will not issue a refund until they have the item back. So I am out of pocket and need to buy an alternative gift. I don’t recommend them based on customer service.

A companies reputation is tied to which suppliers they use for deliveries.
It’s fair to say that Royal Mail has become poor and inadequate. I fail to see why any business continues to be reliant on them for delivering their products to customers. Especially when there are delivery companies out there such as dpd, Hermes and others that can deliver next day.
Notanotherbill took an age to dispatch the order, sent it to Royal Mail and it’s been at the sorting office awaiting delivery for 9 days. I cannot even pick up the items myself as I can only do that once they’ve attempted delivery.
In future I will avoid companies like notanotherbill that do not offer alternative couriers.
With Christmas coming up. This should have been part of their business contingency plans.
Edit. Aretha In customer service quickly dealt with my complaint and helped me massively. She even was responding to me very early in the morning. She’s an asset to the company. Moved from 2 stars to 4 based on my experience with Aretha.
