I was really excited to personalize my phone case and was thrilled when I received it. However, I've started to notice that the leather is already flaking off. It's such a disappointment, especially since I've paid extra for personalization. I take great care of my phone, so it's frustrating that the quality isn't lasting.

I ordered a personalised item from Not Another Bill, but unfortunately it arrived with a spelling mistake. I contacted customer service and was really impressed—they were quick to respond, super friendly, and immediately arranged a replacement, which was sent out the very next day.
They told me I could dispose of the original item, but instead I donated it to a charity shop—so it ended up being a win-win situation! Mistakes happen, but it’s how a company handles them that really counts, and Not Another Bill handled it brilliantly. Would definitely order again.

I called up as I had a very short time frame to get the personalised product I wanted. I spoke to a lovely girl called Holly who helped me push the order through quickly and the item has just arrived. The item is just lovely. Great products and customer service.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a present for my boyfriend and kindly asked the team to deliver it as soon as possible. Not only did they reply immediately, saying that they would do their best to have the present delivered on time, but they also offered me express delivery free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, which is incredible. I received the present today, and it’s amazing. I am very happy with this experience—honestly, one of the best customer care experiences I’ve had lately.

My order was out of stock and I didn’t get notified about this until I sent an email and asked. Following this, the communication was excellent and I received my order Christmas Eve in time for when I wanted it on Christmas Day. The quality of the product is great and the customer (my mum) was very happy with it.

I ordered something on Dezember 12th and still don’t have any update on the whereabouts of my order. I wrote an email and didn’t get any response besides the automatic one. I don’t mind it being delayed due to Christmas but do inform me then?? Saying nothing makes it way worse.

Called me a couple of days before Christmas to tell me my order was out of stock and to ask if I’d accept a different colour. So far, so ‘meh’ - cross for their lousy stock control but a tick for calling. Promised me it would be on express delivery to arrive on Christmas Eve. We’re now at the end of the 28th and heard nothing. No parcel, no update and I can’t use the app for tracking my parcel without opening up my inbox which I’m not prepared to do for security reasons. I need the present by 9am tomorrow as it’s a gift for my brother who’s visiting from the USA. Going to have to go to a family get together empty handed - bit rubbish. No point in sending it now as it’s gonna go straight back if it does eventually arrive.

I am so angry, after making an order on December the 13th I got an email cancelling my order today (23rd) - this was a gift and now I have a day to try and replace it for a family member. No explanation or apology. Awful service.

I have recently purchased a few Christmas gifts and have had the best purchasing experience in a while. Not only did the gifts arrive fast, beautifully packaged and in great quality - but I have also received the best customer service. While one gift arrived with the wrong item, the customer service team (Anna) quickly acted to resend the original item and also let me keep the mistaken one, in order to not inconvenience me during my holidays. I will keep ordering gifts from this site, as the quality, customer service and packaging is truly top notch- I can only recommend it.

Ordered from Not Another Bill on multiple occasions and always been fantastic. This was no exception. The Jelly Cat soft toy is a lovely gift for my niece and the embroidery looks fantastic. Arrived within a couple of days of ordering, so super fast, no mean feat, given it's a personalised item. The option to include a personal message is a lovely touch as well. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be purchasing again. ps this is actually a different Ned, not Ned who owns Not Another Bill! Thanks!

I made a personalised order from this company which did not arrive as expected. I think I made an error entering the details but when the order confirmation came through it described the engraving position as I had expected so I did not spot the error as the information is written in a totally misleading way. In the end ended up with something totally useless and had no help from company in resolving the issue. Would avoid in future.

I reviewed this company 5 days ago....1 star as the wrong order was sent. Since then the communication I have had with them has been excellent and the problem rapidly resolved. The good arrived slightly different from each other, but never mind, still happy to give them as gifts. I wish the company well.

Wonderful customer service - responded very quickly when I had an order arrive that had been destroyed in the post. Refunded me immediately - no ridiculous "4-7 working days" policies, and was lovely to speak to a human. Would recommend highly!

I bought a custom metallic vegan leather phone case and love it! Even though it’s not real leather, it’s lasted much longer than my designer one that was 3x the cost and real leather. This case is gorgeously shiny and will definitely be buying from them again.
