Unable to get hold of the company
Unable to get hold of the company, no phone number and haven't responded to emails, web contact or Instagram. Wish to return shoes as they are too small but no returns form provided with the shoes, can't find one on their website either. This is listed as something that must be sent with the shoes when returning. Poor customer service.

I appreciate your patience and I’m grateful that the shoes were returned in a sellable condition, and the full refund was issued within 24 hours of receiving them. While I provide size measurements on the site, unfortunately sizing can’t be perfect for everyone and I always aim to make the returns process as smooth as possible.
I did follow-up via DM to check everything was okay and received confirmation that “no worries – it’s all good.” I hope this helps clarify the situation.
