Ordered 17/11/25 2 tracksuits for Christmas presents, £270 money taken from account, sent numerous emails, finally been informed today that they are on pre order and won’t be dispatched for another 2-3 weeks, terrible customer service, no Christmas presents

I would appreciate if someone would contact me as soon as possible. I have emailed you twice and had no response. I’m still waiting for my tracksuit and you have sent me a link asking me what I think of it. I haven’t even received it yet.

Not confident this company is trustworthy

Ordered a tracksuit 2 weeks ago, shipping said 3-5 days, it still hasnt been shipped. Contacted them for an update and was told it is on preorder and would be a further 3 weeks! This wasn’t stated on the website when I placed the order, if it had been I wouldn’t have ordered it. Contacted them again to request to cancel the order due to it now not arriving in time for my son’s birthday but as yet no response. Customer service and communication is poor. Not feeling confident this company is trustworthy.

Great quality clothes worth the wait

Great quality clothes worth the wait. I've ordered from here once before items were shipped next day. This time a little longer but they kept me informed answered my email. You know what its a new release and black friday there is going to be delays give the company a chance. Overall really happy and will buy again from here. Loving the new black hoodie and jogga 👌

Waste of time, waste of money.

Ordered a tracksuit on Nov 2nd. Today is Dec 2nd. About a week ago I received the hoody but I've still only received half of my order. I have tried the live chat and emailed multiple times and had no response at all. Communication is absolutely unacceptable. No idea if I'll receive the other half of my order and I assume it will be hard to get a refund if I can't get a reply. Don't recommend at all.

terrible communication

terrible communication! The tracksuit we ordered finally arrived however the top was too big. Took 2 weeks to receive return instructions. Paid for postage back 3 weeks ago, our tracking info shows it was delivered however cannot get hold of anyone and still waiting for a refund.
