Poor purchasing experience

Poor purchasing experience. The Klarna integration leaves much to be desired — it often ends up in strange states, with money being withdrawn without Nortic registering anything. On top of that, completing a purchase requires far too many clicks

NEVER BUY THEIR EXTRAS

In buying a concert ticket, I paid extra for a "cancellation insurance".

Later I realized that I couldn't go, and tried to utilize my cancellation insurance.

I went to the email in which I got the ticket.
There was a link that was about cancellation, I clicked that.

I was sent to a page where I had my ticket.
There was no button where I could click refund, or anywhere that I could find how to refund.

I read that I should contact the owner of the event.
I do that. She replies after the event that it's seppoused to be handled through Nortic.

I find, through their website nortic.se that they have a "refund" part of their menue (which they didn't have in the link from the email).
In that they say that you need a medical document to say that you can't come, or some kind of police document. AND YOU MUST PROVIDE THIS BEFORE THE EVENT. NEVER NORTIC AGAIN.

Premium tickets

Premium tickets
I paid the extra service 40kr Premium tickets.In the booking website said it will delivery the ticket to the door or mailbox.Three weeks pass.Nothing received.When i ask about the reason ,they isn’t give me any reason .Just sent me the same email as the date i booked with PDF ticket.I paid the extra services for paper ticket .But didn’t got what i paid.They should return my extra services fee.

Crashing, hidden fees and no way to opt out of marketting

Site crashed multiple times, lost and added items randomly, no way to opt of marketting and spam and generally bad, very bad, design of the event we were looking at. It is like they want to frustrate you into buying nothing.
Any event that uses this company is begging for a kick in the teeth and a bad rep.
