Initial sales contact with Adnan was second to none. However, the next day the management of the sale was taken over by Jack/Has/Paul. Substandard service at best. I’d taken the car to be looked at in my local garage after hearing an alarming knocking noise. At this diagnostic appointment (after having the car for only 6 days), several repairs one of which was an illegal tyre, and the others brake discs and pads and a possible shock absorber issue, were identified. How can a car be fit to sell in that condition? Anyway, when presented with this information and after I quoted the Consumer Rights Act, Paul the manager so I’m told, tried to fob me off, make out like I was neurotic or something. Because I was insistent he eventually agreed to refund me for the car only if I would drive it back. Knowing that the tyre was dangerous. I wanted out of this shit show so badly I just agreed. Drove the car back Friday, waiting on the refund to come through. No apology no offer to compensate for travel (from Liverpool) or inconvenience. Avoid, especially if you’re not local. The prices seem low, probably a reason. Paul Bersz is just horrible. I’ll up date if and when I receive the money back in my account.

I purchased a BMW X1; the oil was so low that the dashboard warning came on, and I had to top the oil up on the way home.
The tyre pressure system light came on on the way home
All the tyres were the wrong pressure.
There was a black screw on the floor, driver's side and the air con does not work properly.
The locking wheel nut is missing; I even asked if it was in the car when I picked it up.
I was told the vehicle was being serviced. !!!
I brought this up with my salesman, Tom, and I have had no resolution.
I had told the people I am disabled, and my wife is disabled, and we live 4.5 hours away in Scotland. I gave them extra time to make sure the car was right
I did not rush them or even try to barter the price; I just asked for the car to be 100%

Khubaib was so lovely & guided me through the buying process perfectly - making sure I was happy with my purchase at every step (suppose I should mention Paul helped a little too 😜).
Overall, fantastic company to deal with!

The custom tee service here was absolutely brilliant when i have an enquiry about a car. The young lad on the phone Khubaib was very helpful on the phone and explained everything that i needed to know very well and he was very well mannered too. 5 star service.
