I bought a Specialized Creo 2 mail order from these guys this week and I'm extremely impressed with their service. The bike was delivered to me within 2 working days, very well packed and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the accessory pack included was for the wrong model bike and did not contain the right bits for the Creo. I told Andy, about it and I received the correct pack by next day delivery. I can highly recommend North West MTB for their service and response. If I lived closer they'd be my chosen LBS.
I had a major electrical failure on my 2 year old Specialized Turbo Levo. These guys took the bike and sorted all the issues under warranty, including all dealing with Specialized and the first call I got within 10 days was to tell me it was all done!
