Brilliant customer service and my son was really happy with the clothing for his birthday, items arrived quickly, will definitely use again for my son.

Shoes came in 5 days good price and very comfortable asics.

I ordered a pair of saucony (cheaper then anywhere else) they arrived next day as i contacted them via instagram mentioning i need them for the weekend 10/10 service will be returning 👍

Said it was in stock on the website, ordered it. Then was told it wasnt in stock after money was already taken from account and came 2 weeks later. Useless if u want it on time

Ordered a asics set needed it for friday (ordered on wednesday) arrive on thursday 10/10 service.

The item I received was not in “mint condition” as clearly advertised, and the level of service that followed has been completely unacceptable. Despite contacting the company to raise my concerns, I did not receive a response until the day after, which shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care.
I expect a business to take responsibility for inaccurate product descriptions and to respond promptly when a customer raises a legitimate complaint. The failure to do so demonstrates extremely poor practice. I have now been offered an exchange which is not acceptable when in actual fact I am entitled to a full refund without delay under section 45 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as I am within the 14 days despite what this company’s refund policy states.
Given the circumstances, I will be taking this matter further, as customers should not be left ignored or misled in this way. As well I am replying to all emails!

The purchase made from this company was made fraudulently. I contacted the company to let them know. I also had the delivery address and a contact number for the fraudster. I received no feedback from the company

Perfect service ordered on the Saturday and arrived by Monday, even rang me to double check something I’d put wrong with my address very professional highly recommend.
