Great communication, well packaged and sent promptly.
This is a top quality FKM Tropic strap & you can pay a whole lot more for the same strap elsewhere. Buckle quality is also good - it would be nice if it was signed but I swapped it out for my Isotope one anyway (which indeed is better quality). Comfortable straight out the packet and quick release, so get swapping those straps to change the look of your watches!

Great straps for an unbeatable price
Purchased a Sailcloth strap and FKM Rubber strap for my Tissot Seastar 1000 40mm. The order was shipped within 24 hours with full international tracking. Straps are of great quality for the price point. Unbeatable quality to price ratio. The sailcloth strap is very water resistant and dries quickly. Their product description is accurate and transparent which I very much appreciate, unlike many other companies that pretend to make real sailcloth straps and then you end up with a piece of plastic. Great job North! Keep it up! Let me know when your Tropical FKM straps are back in store ;)

Very nice quality. Great product.
I ordered from Germany, the delivery was fast and the product met with my expectations. I had an issue with the strap of my own doing however NORTHSTAR customer service immediately assisted with my problem. Speedy delivery, responsive customer service and good quality products. Have my eye on a couple more items, will use again and happily recommend them to others.

Check the returns policy
The order process and delivery went fine, but as it turns out I didn't really like the quality of the straps I bought (and one just didn't happen to suit the watch I intended it for). I hadn't realised that, simply by putting them onto my watch, to have a look at them, without wearing them out, I've violated their returns policy. So now I'm stuck having paid for two straps that I will not use. Partly my fault for not having checked their returns policy more carefully beforehand, but other retailers seem to allow you to mount the strap on the watch without losing the right to return.

I am sorry that you were not totally happy with your straps. Unfortunately we cannot return items that have been worn or mounted onto a watch. This is common practice to all watch strap companies and not just us.

I have bought a strap from Spain. Everything has worked pefectly. The sailcloth strap is a very high quality product. 100% satisfied. I will buy more for sure. I would like to have the possibility to buy 21 mm lug with straps for my longines but arw not available, maybe some day. Thanks for your good work.
