I am not sure that the Company would welcome this review because what I asked for is not what they do. I called in on spec having been wrongly advised that they sold Romahome parts. They don't ! However the lady manning reception took my details and said she'd see if the owner could help, but he was doing stocktaking. Thought that would be the end of it. But no. I was emailed telling me where to source the part. If that is an example of their service, it seems to me that a conversion would be in good hands

I have purchased 2 camper van conversions from Northstar based on the Toyota Alphard model. Everything about my experience has been first class. The vehicle and quality of both fittings and the conversion are faultless. The ‘service’ by all at Northstar has been exemplary. They make the ‘journey’ to campervan ownership simple, enjoyable and engaging. Finally, they have done all my servicing and MOTs on both the Alphards I have had from them and we make a weekend of it to enjoy the island and its delights, which Northstar also assist with, making them the perfect ‘one stop’ solution for campers. Oh and they do other brands too, not just Toyota.
