Awful experience!

First of all, this a review of a true experience I had with this horrible casino(I wonder if the 5 stars reviews here on Trustpilot are true).
On my second deposit I won some money and decided to make a 200€ withdrawal, and the nightmare started there.
One entire day of sending and receiving emails to verify my account, they overcomplicate the process so you give up and play your winnings. Despite that, and after 10 cancelled withdrawals by the casino, my account was verified. Now I have a pending withdrawal that they say take 48h to be processed, and in some cases 5-7 days. What are the casinos nowadays that take more than a week to process a withdrawal?!
Conclusion: don't even open a account at this casino. The service is really bad, and when you win some money they purposely drag the process so you get tired and give up.
Awful experience!!

I can’t believe I made the mistake of…

I can’t believe I made the mistake of returning to this site. Funds just get hoovered up. At least I won’t have to go through the difficult withdrawal process that others describe as I never been in the position to have winnings to withdraw. Another timeout is in order. Well chalk up another loss. Now I’ll see if my request to close my account will be accepted. I have my doubts.

I have been trying to withdraw

I have been trying to withdraw my winnings for over a week.

My account has been fully verified, and I have provided every document requested by the verification team.

I have already had two withdrawal requests automatically cancelled after remaining in pending status for approximately 48 hours, despite following all the instructions provided by customer support.

Throughout this process I have received different and sometimes contradictory explanations, including incorrect payment details, instructions to use the name exactly as shown in my profile, and repeated statements that my case was being reviewed by the payments team.

I have followed every instruction given and have now submitted another withdrawal request.

I sincerely hope this issue can be resolved

This is by far the worst online casino I have ever used. Depositing money was quick and easy, but when it came to withdrawing my winnings, it became practically impossible. Every time I requested a withdrawal, there was another excuse, another verification request, or another delay.
Customer support was completely unhelpful and kept giving the same generic responses without solving anything. It feels like they are doing everything they can to avoid paying players.
I would never recommend this casino to anyone. If you value your money and want a fair gaming experience, stay away. There are many trustworthy casinos out there—this is definitely not one of them.
