Great experience with North Property group,happy to deal with them again. Cameron made everything easy and clear to us.

My rent journey was handled seamlessly, the staff were helpful with prompt approach to client’s query. Everything was managed professionally and I am quite satisfied with their service.

Initial viewing was unsuccessful because the agent lied about the house facilities. Where I'm at now is good, thankfully, because the actual agent who saw me that day recommended it. The new place was fine but had issues getting a post box key for about 3months and got charged wrongly for electricity because of zero comms between the agency and the electricity company. So not the best first experiences.

Great experience during the entire process.

I loved how the customer service, however I feel there is room for improvement on communication. Communication will help the customer understand the process.

I would highly recommend NPG. The process of renting with them was quick and smooth and I was in the property in just a few weeks. The team have been excellent with any queries I've had. Great experience.
