I am so disappointed since the company name change, which unfortunately was very badly managed with several delays.
The prices have increased which wouldn't be so bad if the quality hadn't dipped. After several wax melts received that had very little aroma I have sadly cancelled my subscription. My sister also purchased hex smoke, shadowed pines & sugared sacrifice and has said that sugared sacrifice was the only one with a noticeable scent when burning. I am very sorry that I can no longer use a company I loved for their unique scents and unparalleled quality, it will be greatly missed.

I genuinely don’t know how this company managed to make a perfume/room scents that smells like disappointment in a bottle, but somehow they did. The marketing promises unique and long lasting what arrived felt more like an overpriced air freshener or cleaning products with a fancy label.

The scent barely lasted long enough to introduce itself before disappearing, and the quality is nowhere near what the price suggests. It’s makes you wonder if the bottle is empty because there’s actually nothing in it.

Save your money.

I have bought wax melts from Northern Soul Scents which smell fabulous. Also, leaning towards the gothic witchy side of things I really love the packaging.
I really wished that they would do perfume as well so when the two new fragrances were brought out I ordered a sample based on one of my fave wax melts.
The perfume is Eternal Storm which smells great, a sort of spicy petrichor which is neither male or female, somewhere inbetween. I actually haven't bothered with perfume for years but will be ordering a bottle as soon as it's available, because I want to smell like rain! :)

I've bought candles, wax melts, and room/linen sprays from Northern Soul Scents for years and always been very happy with their products and service. So when I saw that they were launching perfumes, in two of my favourite scents, I immediately ordered the trial sizes. I am delighted with them! They smell wonderful, last extremely well, and don't irritate my sensitive skin. I've pre-ordered the full sized bottles and really look forward to receiving them later in the year.

Being a big fan of your wax melts I ordered the 5ml size of Graveyard Walks and Perfect Storm. I am blown away. The perfumes are so intense and sensual. They invoke mystery and memory. I have now pre ordered my first 50ml bottle. Thankyou.

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and have placed many orders some have gone smoothly others have not but I kept coming back until now. They’ve discontinued all my favourite scents and kept every scent I don’t like so unfortunately I won’t be buying anymore it’s such a shame I will miss the scents so much.
I feel the owner has become very self indulgent by doing this to be honest and I don’t think the business will do as well anymore.

These are my favourite wax melts. The unique scents are fab. Customer service is great. Around 5 star.

I have been a customer for a long time now and have never been dissapointed. The quality of the melts is unmatched (and I have tried many brands over the years). The scents are amazing and not like all the mass produced generic ones on the market. They are priced reasonably for the quality, and yes not as cheap as others, but you can rewarm some the stronger scents up to 4 times I have found, so definitely value for money. Jody and her company are fabulous, I wouldn't stay this loyal for this long to a brand if they weren't.

Bought 3 different wax melts, Gothic Castle, Thunderstorm and Graveyard Walks. Love them all. Natural, evocative scents and long lasting. Arrived with a couple of days too. Highly recommended and shared some with my friend so she could try.

I cannot recommend the wax melts enough. I use them all the time and guests always comment and take recommendations. I've given them as gifts too, and theyve been very well received. I re-order often and use discount codes they send me. Superb company & products

Fantastic quality wax melts with very unique scents. One melt is strong enough to fragrance the whole house but they aren't over powering or sickly. I have a drawer full of them as I won't buy melts from anywhere else now, they last so much longer than other ones I've tried 8-12 hours instead of 3-4 if you're lucky

Very poor customer service. 2 emails sent and no reply.
Item orded several days ago, 2-3 working days and no delivery.
Parcel still hasn't arrived.
Avoid.

Love their scents

I was very taken with their advertising - unusual scents and cool packaging. So I went and spend quite some money on a selection of the wax melts and unfortunately I am rather disappointed. For the money they cost I'd have expected the scents to be unusual and appealing. But out of the seven scents I bought none of them is particularly great, in fact they all smell more or less the same... a bit like cheap soap. I have had cheaper wax melts smelling far better. The three stars are only for the quick delivery and the quirky packaging. The scents deserve two stars at most.

I have brought numerous wax melts over the years from different companies but I can hands down say that these are the best scents I have ever had by far. I have set up a subscription and when the new ones arrive the smell of them are absolutely divine. I would not go anywhere else for my wax melts now. I would highly recommend this company.

Just received the new spring wax melt bundle. Only tried two so far, twilight garden and exotic incense. Both lovely fragrances. Great company.

Amazing! I have ordered from Northern Soul Scents a few times, their customer service department are really helpful (I forgot to update my address when I moved), but they are approachable and the scents are deliciously unique. Highly recommend, Coffee and Newspapers, and Bookshop,

I bought Forest Floor wax melts and have bought them for years - they are absolutely gorgeous and I am beyond upset and disappointed that they are being discontinued 😢
