5⭐️ quality and customer service
I purchased my weights from Northern Gym well over a year ago which no prior issues, then today my adjuster got stuck. I reached out to the team and John was really helpful and gave me some troubleshooting steps to take where he advised of the well hidden reset button! it was resolved in minutes.
Well done John for your prompt replies and also for the help I needed. Spot on fantastic customer service and I would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quality products
The website was very easy to navigate and I was able to find what I was looking for. I chose 2 x 10kg and 2 x 12.5kg hex dumbbells plus a rack. The items all arrived promptly and were well packaged. The items are all good quality and the dumbbells are comfortable to hold. I will definitely buy more dumbbells and other equipment from Northern again. The products were well priced and it was an added bonus that they also do a blue light card discount.

Took a chance on these for my gym after a chat GPT recommendation. Absolutely delighted. The mats are nice and thick, exactly what I hoped for. Northern were really easy to deal with and communicated clearly through the whole process

Really good price for the item. Unfortunately the item was lost by the courier, however on making Northern Gym Equipment aware they were really helpful. After not being able to locate the delivery and liaising with the courier Northern Gym Equipment apologised and offered me a full refund or replacement although it was the fault of the courier. Great customer service.

Excellent seller support during a difficult courier issue
I purchased a dumbbell set through Decathlon, sold by Northern Gym Equipment. While DHL caused a major delay and lost 7 out of 8 parcels for over a week, Ryan from the support team was fantastic.
He responded to my emails quickly, initiated a formal investigation with DHL immediately, and even promised to send brand-new replacement stock if the items were confirmed lost. Thanks to his pressure on the courier, the missing items were finally found and delivered. Highly recommend this seller for their responsibility and excellent communication!

I ordered a hiit bench , it arrived very speedy , with some slight damage , which happened in transit . I then contacted customer service , I dealt with John who replied straightaway and sent me a replacement , which arrived in a couple of days . I’m very happy with my bench , it’s well built and sturdy , good value for money too. Great customer service, thanks John .

Superb Customer Service
There was a mix up at the post office Elvi was delivering to. It was refused & bring returned. I emailed Northern Gym Equipment & they immediately replied saying they have arranged for replacement item to be sent out to my home address instead. Great efficient customer service. I would throughly recommend using Northern Gym Equipment

Great product but let down by Evri…
Great product but let down by Evri delivery which is poor in our area. The delivery didn't arrive within the timeframe so I contacted NGE, they received my email on a Sunday and reorganised delivery with a different courier and it arrived the following Tuesday. Great customer service, but let down by Evri.

FANTASTIC SERVICE
Had an issue with the 40kg adjustable dumbbells but it were my fault as I didnt realise the velcro strap was stuck at the bottom of the plate meaning it wouldn't rotate.
Even still, Armie was extremely courteous and was really helpful. I cant fault the customer service from this company, really pleased and appreciate all the help they offered.
Definitely ordered more from this company, high quality product! Great value!
