Damp report for new property
Outstanding service from Phillip and Shellie from start to finish. Have been using this company since I bought my first property about 20 plus years ago. Would not use anyone else and highly recommend to everyone.

Phil was rely helpful and advised us what was needed. We were moving to Blackpool from out of town. We had damp proof course to all the internal walls of our 1920s house. Workers were spotless, and kept the house tidy. They put dust sheets over any furniture and plastic sheeting on the floors. They were with us for 5 days.
We had some really bad damp issues in almost every room downstairs. We got quotes from 3 companies but Northern Damp Proofing came in as the most affordable.
They carried out the work in about 3 days, left the house really clean and tidy after the job and we haven't had any issues since.
Highly recommended!
Dave and Kean arrived bang on time yesterday to work on the damp course. They were really efficient. Put dust sheets over furniture and hallway carpets.Dave explained what treatment they were going to do (3 levels of protection). Despite having chipped loads of plaster off my walls the room was spotless before they left. Came back today to finish off. I was very impressed with both Dave and Kean and their workmanship.
Rude, poor service. Worker came to assess damp in the house and recommended we wear jumpers and open the windows! There is black mould on the walls and this has been winter. I then spoke to the office when they called (Shelly?) to arrange another visit (following my complaint to the landlord) and she just hung up on me when I told her about the last visit. No idea why they behaved this way - seems counter to earning a living!
This company has a relatively new owner and I think they were excellent from start to finish in resolving a long standing damp issue. Professional, well priced and tidy.
Damp proof course completed in 2001 with 30 year guarantee. Contacted them as I now have severe damp in the kitchen. Owner arrived to inspect the problem, had an appauling attitude and denied all responsibility. He did however reluctantly offer to replaster the wall as a goodwill gesture. Not heard anything since and TBH wouldn't want them back.
