I ordered Royer boots in December. It is now February with no word. Order is paid for. Tried contacting them for updates on shipping etc. Still no word. Every e-mail attempt or website contact comes back as undeliverable. Wondering if I just hot scammed for 300 dollar boots

Scam. No one has answered my phone calls or emails. I haven’t received my order still. The email on their website doesn’t work either.

I cannot believe that its been since November and no one is responding to my complaint.
You sent me the wrong boot and also the wrong size and you still have not responded to me.
You have the worst customer service I have ever come across.
Is that how you stay in business by not responding to your customers.
I am disgusted with your business.

This company is a scam. Ordered more than $300.00 worth of workwear and the only response I got from this sham company was a charge on my credit card and an email stating my items have shipped. The tracking number provided only says a shipping label has been created, In 3 months it has never progressed to shipped. Zero response by contacting them. I have initiated a chargeback with my credit card company. These people need to be shut down. They have an instagram that has some fake sob story about their circumstances. Don't waste your time with this company.

Complete scam - ordered 2 pairs of identical size 9.5 work boots. Received a confirmation email so believed it to be real. Shipping was to be 10-12 business days. On day 11, received a shipping confirmation email with tracking code. When I clicked on the tracking link it didn’t come up with anything. Waited for a few more days, the link still didn’t work. Tried calling the customer service line but only voicemail. The next day my parcel arrived but when I opened the box it was only one pair of size 9 boots of a totally different brand than I had ordered. Sent 2 emails and one voicemail, no response. Sent another email requesting a return label and refund. Nothing. Now have involved my bank, awaiting resolution. Just go with no! no! no!

I should have done a better background check, but was is a rush.
I purchased two pairs of Work Pants and except for an email acknowledging the purchase, I received no information. No tracking. No updates. No product.
Their phone number is simply attached to a voicemail account and never answered or returns calls.
They also didn't respond to any emails I sent.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. Ordered 200$ pair of boots. Wrote numerous emails asking where my boots are. Received 1 reply saying they will be shipped shortly. Nothing since. That was 2 months ago

I ordered boots for my husband. The wrong boots were sent but Melissa made it right. We were able to keep the boots and a full refund was sent. Thank you. :)

Do not buy from them!
They charged me immediately and my order is months late. After many attempts to contact them, I was told it would arrive soon, but still has not.
Their website is no longer active and emails get returned.
They owe me a complete refund and I have contacted the Canadian government.

Do not order from this scumbag place I ordered boots January 1 and have messaged them 39 times asking where my boots are and they’ve never given me my money back im filing fraudulent charges against them. It is a scam. Do not order from this company.

I ordered my boots in January still nothing, no emails replied either , just saw on instagram a diatribe about them being sorry and there’s scam sites impersonating them, absolute horse crap !
Next step is contacting my bank I guess , this company are scam artist jokes

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. This company took 2 full months to even send me anything in the mail, never answered emails, their phone is out of service. I get the product (was supposed to be a high viz heated jacket that I paid 170$ for) and it’s literally just a high viz shell jacket, it’s not heated at all, has no electronic components whatsoever. I can get this exact product for 50$ and I have. This company is an absolute joke. Do not give them your business EVER. They are a SCAAAAAM

Took 3 months to get the order, 2 months to even get a response from them.

Basically had to threaten them with legal action before they responded, and still sent the wrong stuff, telling me that they did.

These guys owe me over 300 bucks in product that they never delivered.

I have been trying to contact them for over 3 months with no luck. Finally their Snickers dealer called me letting me know that they will no longer be supplying northern boots with their product. Apparently Northern boots staff is not answering any emails or phone calls and they owe their supplier lots of money.
Yet their website went through a makeover.

I am calling out this company, that on their website lists their three core values as: 1. Quality excellence 2. Cutting costs, not corners 3. Commitment to customer. Here is their direct message. "In order to obtain the trust from our customers every step of the way, it all begins with setting a strong foundation." This company DOES NOT, in any way, do business in way that reflects their messaging. I ordered pants in April 2023 and received similar to messages to other reviewers, ie. delayed due to operational changes, etc. The last message was sent on October 4, 2023. This company will drag you along so that you don't request a refund from your credit card. I have sent multiple messages with no response. We want to support local Canadian businesses but how can you do that when the legit businesses (if that is what this is) are stealing from you. I call out Northern Boots to resolve your outstanding orders with refunds to your customers that you say you have a commitment to.

DO NOT buy anything from them. Reading the reviews I just realized I’m not alone. Ordered sneakers pant last October 2023. Received a couple of emails saying it will be delayed. Then I asked to cancel the order and refund me. Nor item delivered yet, no refund, no response to the email or direct contact form. Phone number doesn’t exist.

This place is a total scam!! They will take your money and you will get nothing, no response to e-mail, there is no phone number associated with this site. DO NOT place an order with these bandits!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered boots and pants early October with the 25% off discount. I didn’t get the discount but after emails they said I’d receive the 25% back Jan 27! I didn’t receive the 25%! They also only sent the boots. The pants I was told would be delivered mid/late December… STILL NO PANTS! I’ve tried emailing them 2x now regarding the pants and the 25% discount and there is NO RESPONSE! I’d usually get an email within 2 days when previously about the pants.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a pair of boots in November. 2 weeks later still no shipping details so I did a follow up on my order. Sean replied saying they were back logged but my order would be filled by mid December. Jan 10 still nothing and the company was not answering my emails. I reported it to PayPal who contacted the company and no reply. Feb 1 PayPal settled the case in my favour and refunded my money.
