Cliff was super speedy as we had a Hornets Nest in our chimney and they were coming in our bedroom,he came out despite it being late evening,and dealt with the nest straight away,excellent service and very good price.

Booking a visit from Cliff to ascertain what was causing the droppings in our loft was straightforward and I particularly appreciated the fixed cost and clear guidance on the approach. Cliff is excellent - polite, tidy and very knowledgeable. He identified that rats were the culprit and also located their entry point so we can prevent future rodents taking up residence in our loft. He left bait traps and came back twice in fortnightly intervals to ensure they had been effective. Excellent work and much appreciated.

Cliff treated my property for an ant infestation. After treating the areas affected there were a large number of dead ants and I am now having no trouble.
In addition Cliff was knowledgable, helpful and pleasant to deal with.

When I found out that pigeons had managed to break into the wooden structure of my upstairs neighbour’s balcony I contacted Devonshire Pest Control. They sent a Pest Control Technician the same day. Cliff, the technician who attended was able to quickly establish that there wasn’t currently any nest or sign of nesting material so it would be ok to take measures to prevent them re-entering the hole. He put up a temporary fix and returned the next day with the necessary materials to not only fix the entry but to prevent them from re establishing a way in.
Cliff was brilliant, throughout his attendance, he was polite, respectful of my property and very knowledgeable. He talked me through the different options and we were able to establish a way forward. He returned promptly the next day, made the repair and I’ve had no more pigeons since! I would definitely recommend Cliff and Devonshire Pest Control to anyone who is needing a pest problem resolved quickly and professionally.

I phoned the office to arrange have a wasp nest dealt with.Literally within 4 hours of that call, Cliff had attended and dealt with the issue, no mucking about, very professional and with a good emphasis on safety for all present. Payment was simple and he will now be our preferred pest control.

Very fast response and reasonably priced. An initial phone consultation established the likely problem so that the correct operative could call. Cliff was excellent, calm, thorough and experienced. He identified that mice had got into the loft, surveyed the whole house to suggest possible routes in,that needed blocking and set bait. He returned twice at two weekly intervals to ensure the problem was solved and explained that the work remained under guarantee. We are very pleased with the way the service was delivered.

I contacted North Devon Pest Control in March this year after we were woken up in the night by loud gnawing noises coming from the loft.
The lady who answered my call explained their services and charges and said that their technician, Cliff, would contact me as soon as he was free.
Cliff called within an hour and arranged to call round at 6pm. After inspecting the loft, he showed me photos of damage caused by rats and mice. He baited the area and arranged to call back in 2 weeks. He also said that if I had any concerns in the meantime, that I could ring him which was reassuring.
On his return visit, some bait had not been eaten and Cliff arranged to call back in another 2 weeks to check on progress.
On his follow up visit some bait remained and to ensure that the rodents are no longer in residence, he will carry out a further visit.
Cliff is very knowledgeable and I would give him and North Devon Pest Control 5 stars for the way in which they have dealt with this problem
