Delivery missing
Too long to deliver. No correspondence after initial order email apart from this review when I haven’t received my delivery or updates I only live 5 minutes away!!! UPDATE discovered company had been bought over and we’re having a few teething problems. Very nice lady on the telephone seems to be solving all problems UPDATE.

Allowed me to buy discontinued stock
I orerdered a nylon coverall from this company, after 5 days I still hadn't had any updates on shipping so I contacted them only to be told that the product I had ordered is discontinued. I was advised that I would be issued a refund immediately however a further 3 days had passed and no refund had been issued. I contacted the company again to chase this up and the man I spoke to told me he would phone be back after speaking to the accounts team, needless to say I got no phone call. I ultimately had to contact my bank to finally get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, this purchase was for my friend who is a pensioner who attempted to order himself but due to them only doing online orders and not accepting over the phone payments he unfortunately was unable to order himself. Very disappointing

Great communication with all the staff from office to delivery. We have used them for stationery and workwear for years and they are really reliable. They carry out annual price checks to make sure you are getting best prices and are always at the end of the phone/email to discuss pricing and availability.
