Concrete delivery staff very helpful onsite pretty much on time with delivery and no messing about getting set up with pumps to get the concrete delivered.

I called this company after being let down by another firm. I spoke to Amy and she couldn’t have been more helpful. The concrete was delivered at the specified time and the driver was very professional. I will definitely use this company again.

I would highly recommend using them if you require and concrete or pumps.

Very impressive service. I called on a Friday as had been let down by another provider and Tom and Ashlea were hugely helpful. They immediately shared an estimated cost which was very competitive and organised to do the work the following Monday. Tom completed the pour quickly and with minimal fuss. The screed is very good with tilers complimenting the finish. Thank you Tom and Ashlea.

I found the service A1, can not fault them, I had issues with building inspector which delayed using their service, I kept them informed of progress found very obliging and I used their pump service, 4.5cbm in less than 1hr.Best Price concrete in Northants.

I needed some ready mixed concrete at short notice which i was quoted a great price for. The lady in the office and the delivery driver who turned up couldn't have been any more pleasent or helpful than they were.

We recently had a project in the Northants area and Northants Concrete were extremely accommodating, efficient and easy to deal with.
Highly recommended and will definitely use again if we are in the area.

Had a quote and all seemed ok was about on par with others in the area. I had noticed a part load charge of £75 on a 3 cube load but never had a reply. I paid the invoice upfront.

Concrete turned up on time even though it should have been a volumetric as advertised a barrel mixer arrived I mentioned this to the driver but wasn't interested. I asked if he could take any back and he said he would have to ring the office as there would be an additional charge. Driver stated 30 mins waiting time as it had to be barrowed. we had around 8-10 wheel barrows left and was charged £50 plus vat on top of the original bill as they say it was a additional 25mins waiting time 15 mins of that was driver sitting in truck!

Quality of the concrete wasn't great either even though c35 was ordered its seemed light on cement.

I contacted Northants concrete to enquiry about concrete to foundations . I found Amy to be extremely helpful , from quoting to delivery and completion of my project . Nothing was too much trouble Amy answered all my queries efficiently and quickly . Was extremely professional from the beginning right to the end of my project . Would highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again .

Customer service before money was taken changed after payment had been made before delivery. Delivery arrived late, then slow start with driver on the phone while time. Attitude from both driver and his supervisor was disgusting. I will not recommend, our use this company myself moving forwards.

Had a fairly small job, but Northants Concrete were the only company willing to help us with it. Delivery arrived on time and the cost was cheaper than buying the components and mixing the concrete ourselves. Northants Concrete were easy to deal with and efficient. Received emails confirming volume required, delivery date and time, cost and who to contact with any queries. Overall, really impressed and would recommend this company.

WARNING- DO YOUR RESEARCH- Went to this company after a recommendation from a friend.. well absolutely shocked by the lack of customer service and support.. asked to speak with the manager/ owner and still yet no response. Wrong product was sent to site and the driver couldn’t of cared less.. they demanded payment in full upfront and now iv had to get another company to clean up their mess!

If there site in Wellingborough is anything to go by !!!! Place is a bloody swamp with pedestrians now being forced to walk on the road into oncoming traffic !! Health and safety should be informed immediately.

It starts with a very helpful Amy guiding you through the process and assuring you all is well…... I was a little surprised to be asked to pay in advance – possibly should have agreed to the product only payment.

First scheduled delivery failed – allegedly pump truck that needs to travel all the way to London to be repaired! I am sure there must be other options closer to Wellingborough.

On the second date. the pump truck arrives on time, but the product truck arrives 3 hours late and with the sun setting in approx. 90 minutes leaving us to level-off the concrete in the dark.

Whilst we knew we had ordered more than needed, we were assured the ‘tap would be turned off’ when we had what was needed. The delivery driver had other ideas and emptied the whole load into the hopper (part of the Pump) which left us with excess all over the garden. Add to this, the pipes then clogged up – something to do with the delivery drivers’ actions - there was a further 2 hours of clean-up in the dark.

We were given assurances by the Pump Operator that not to worry about clean-up facilities, “you won’t know we’ve been here.” Unfortunately, the following morning, the whole street knew by the debris left during the so-called ‘clean-up’ which necessitated a further 4 hours of our time, pressure hose etc to try remedy the incompetence to follow-up their claims.

I did manage to speak to a representative of the company (Tom), who I now know to be the Managing Director, assuring me he would look into the matter. THREE WEEKS on and I am still waiting!

Price - same as everywhere. Service - great. Concrete - well, it settled and is still where I poured it so I am guessing all good. Very helpful staff, all done easily so 5 stars is well deserved.

Avoid avoid avoid. Pay upfront, material delivered was shocking and refuse to do anything about it.

Really easy to use and competitively priced too.

I called for a quote and 10 minutes later it was in my inbox. Agreed a date, paid in full and they came today.

Great communication from start to finish, including texts with the time of the delivery.

The driver placed the truck exactly where we needed it and with two barrows supported us to get the job done quickly. Friendly, helpful and kept the site clean and tidy.

Turned up on time but NOT with the 10mm aggregate ordered. Driver insisted it was 10mm and Company continue to do so. Decided foolishly to accept it but pump operator wanted a signed disclaimer to use the 3 inch hose ordered and did everything to discourage using it (Why?). A serious hose whip from a blockage purge on a 4" hose (with coupler on the end) resulted in an accident that narrowly avoided serious injury. Further analysis of aggregate showed 10% by volume of >30mm aggregate. Should not have been in a pump. Dangerous.
