I received a product with damages from norrbutik it took some time to get a reply back from the support team , but I'm happy with the way they solved the problem they gave the option to return and get a full refund for my pursache 🙏
Hopefully the support team will be able to help the costumers a bit faster in the future by besides that no complains

Avoid Norrbutik at all costs
Avoid this webshop at all costs. No communication at all after your purchase and so far no product sent to your address and it has been 4 weeks since i ordered.
They don't reply to your emails and they delete your posts on their facebook page. On top of that there is no contact telephone number.
In addition they have nothing but negative reviews registered on trustpilot and this is for obvious reasons.
They have an American address and a French bank account and are nothing less then a scam so avoid at all costs otherwise you will lose your money as I have.
Their business name suggests that they are a Scandinavian company but don't be fooled by that as they are not Scandinavian in the slightest, just some sleezy scammers who appear to operate out of France or Virginia USA.
I am working on having these slime bags taken out of business. They are required to follow the consumer laws in their country but obviously don't which is easy for me and all the other customers to prove.
Karma will prevail at least I can count on that and it's only a matter of time before Norrbutik is dead and buried.

They sent first after a month and then get the message the products will take another 25 days to deliver. Just a horrible experience. Get a link with the products being in China .. we are in Sweden.
Scam company. Wont deliver any products after receiving payment. They advertise in social media a lot.
