I have had a very pleasant experience with Norr11.
The quality of their furniture is premium, the customer service is very friendly and helpful.
The delivery can be a wait sometimes but for the quality of the products is most definitely worth the wait.
I would certainly recommend it to people that appreciate high quality design!

I was amazed by the side table Duke - white. The design is great and I love the flexibility of this table. Not to mention that it's so easy to care of!

I saw a throw at the Norr11 Showroom in Berlin but had no room in my luggage. I was pleased to find they had a website and that they shipped to the UK. I ordered my throw - I now own my throw and it is gorgeous! I am a very Happy Camper.

I'm living in Holland, Amsterdam. For a while I was searching for new furniture, but in Holland I couldn't find furniture I liked. But everything changed when I went for a weekend trip to Copenhagen.
I had never heard from Norr11 before, but I'm glad I went shopping in the Svaertegade. When I entered the showroom I immediately felt in love with this store/brand! They couldn't make me more happy to tell me Norr11 also delivers to other places in Europe FOR FREE!!
Not only the showroom is beautiful and inspire ring, the staff of the store and the customer service in Berlin are also very friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my order, but they solved it perfectly!!!! They called me all the time to inform.
My goods where packed in big boxes, so everything was protected very well.
I give Norr11 5 stars, because they offer the total package! Top-end products, perfect customer service, beautiful showroom and free deliveries!
I'm in love with my new furniture

To begin with, the showroom at Norr11 (in Copenhagen) is superbly designed, a great environment to experience Nor11's exquisite collection. The showroom manager was an absolutely lovely fellow, whose product-knowledge, hospitality, and sense of humour made for a really warm interpersonal encounter. The chap even offered to come by my home with a drill set if I needed help assembling a gorgeous wood-slab table - he wasn't joking! Strangely, the selection of music in the place was also really cool - some obscure downtempo electronic tracks that I shouldn't expect my friends to know, much less an interior design boutique. Delivery of the pieces was prompt, despite being shipped to Copenhagen from Berlin. For the second half of the shipment, my doorbell was broken and the movers were unable to deliver a couch section. I do wish the movers had called me rather than give up so quickly, but that seems to be an unavoidable Danish convention. In order to resolve this, I contacted Norr11's customer service which, again, was prompt in solving the issue (even though it meant the agent had to call DHL, PostDanmark, and then call me back) - and also a pleasure to deal with. Overall, the product quality, the staff, the ease of communication, the reasonable pricing, and the showroom experience have made Nor11 a great company.
