Deleting Website Reviews

I left an honest review reflecting my experience purchasing a ring from this company. Instead of acknowledging the inconsistent delivery information I received, my concerns were repeatedly met with explanations that the jewellery is handcrafted.

To be clear, handcrafted production was never my issue it was one of the reasons I chose to order here. My concern was being given changing delivery and timeframes and then having those inconsistencies explained away after purchase rather than acknowledged.

What I found most concerning was that after raising these issues publicly, I was offered a discount voucher for a future purchase on the condition I remove my original review from Trustpilot. I declined. Customers should be able to trust that reviews reflect genuine experiences and it is disappointing to know how this brand handles feedback.

I have also since noticed that my review has been removed from the company’s website. I feel it's important for prospective customers to see an accurate reflection of client experiences not just the brands selected accounts.

An all-around great experience!

Every interaction I had with a member of the Norm Jewels team was so helpful and quick to respond. The ring I received was also perfect! It fit great and was even more beautiful than I imagined.

I actually think giving this one star…

I actually think giving this one star is too much. Ordered a ring over 3 weeks ago. Still not received it.
I would never use Norm jewels or recommend them to anyone. And I’m really starting to think it’s all a con and I’m not going to get the ring.

Fabulous service, beautiful ring

I ordered a Majestic ring from Australia with a lot of trepidation as to sizing. I had looked at many many ring sizing charts and no two were the same so in the end I opted to specify an actual mm size in my correspondence with a lady called Selene, whom i cannot praise highly enough for her understanding and patience. The ring itself is beautiful and the fit is perfect. I am thrilled with it, Thanks to all involved!

The item took over 3 weeks to deliver…

The item took over 3 weeks to deliver even though it said 5-7 days. There was no communication in between so we had no idea what was happening. We obviously didn't get this in the time we needed it so tried to return it when it arrived and they have just stopped responding to emails. I haven't heard back in 2 weeks and my guess is they're going to wait another 2 weeks and say the 30 day period has passed. Their customer service number doesn't ever go through and the one time it did it was a rude guy that spoke like it was his personal line super comfused as to why ive called him. It also doesnt feel like real gold. Don't spend your money!

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. Advertised solid gold bracelet. Item fell apart within a few months. Never have I had this happen with solid gold in the past. I looked closely at the links and they have all been hollowed out. Hollow gold should be advertised as such. Now they are refusing a refund or repair. They are not honouring the warranty as the original bracelet was immediately exchanged for a larger size at extra cost to myself. I'm not sure how this impacts the warranty. Quite frankly, there is no benefit of the repair on cheap flimsy hollow gold jewellery. Order 5049439

Quality ring & service

After choosing and ordering a ring, when it arrived I realised I had ordered the wrong size. They responded quickly with 2 solutions - partial refund to have the ring resized locally or send back so they could resize in-house. I chose to send back to them. They kept me update with progress and returned the ring within the time quoted. I haven’t been in a rush to get the ring so happy to wait for them to do it. I’ve now received the ring, fits perfectly and I’m very happy with the craftsmanship. They have replied within 24 hours when emailed and have been super helpful. Thanks to Selene & Claire

Customer service lies 0/10

The shipping information is incredibly misleading, it states across the website that shipping to Australia takes between 3-5 business days.

When 5 days had passed I reached out to their customer service and they explained that despite it not being mentioned on the website they had a 3-5 day processing period as the pieces need to be made.

I had not ordered a made to order piece.

Two days later, now a week since I had ordered when I could see a shipping label had still not been made I reach out again. I was told this time that there is a processing period of 5-8 days. On both occasions I told the customer service agent that the item I had ordered was a gift and offered to pay to have shipping expedited. Both times this was completely ignored.

The product is still yet to be shipped. Overall I feel very mislead both by the timeframes stated on the website but more so the customer service rep lying to me at lest once about the duration of the supposed “processing period”.

Save your money and go to an honest and reliable company especially if shopping for a gift, they don’t care and will not help you.

While shipping to Australia typically takes 3 to 5 business days once the parcel is in transit, this transit time is always in addition to the time required to handcraft your piece.Our support team provided these updates to give you the most accurate timeline based on the current status of your order. We did not ignore your request for expedited shipping; however, because the item was still in its essential production and hallmarking phase, the shipping speed cannot be upgraded until the piece is actually finished and ready to be dispatched.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase

I'm hugely pleased with my purchase of a stunning ring. It's delicate and I'm so happy to give this as a gift. I was concerned about receiving the ring in time but the service and support were wonderful. I received emails and tracking information, and the ring arrived quickly. I couldn't be happier with this site and plan to shop here again.

Absolutely terrible and completely…

Absolutely terrible and completely untrustworthy.

Norm Jewelry ruined my special day by failing to deliver my order in two weeks, while clearly advertising 3–6 business days for EU shipping. This is misleading, dishonest, and extremely unprofessional.

If you cannot deliver on time, be honest instead of giving excuses afterward. This company shows zero reliability and zero respect for customers.

If I do not receive a proper response from Norm Jewelry, I will share this terrible experience everywhere and make sure all of my followers know how unreliable and disappointing this company is.

I would never order here again.

I had a very good experience with Norm…

I had a very good experience with Norm Jewels. I ordered a very simple gold ring for my proposal, which perfectly matched my girlfriend’s (now fiancée’s) taste. Everything went smoothly.

The only thing I didn’t consider was that they are based in the UK while I’m in Germany, so I had to pay import taxes and customs fees.

The ring itself was beautiful, but unfortunately the size didn’t fit. We had it resized at a local jeweler. Norm Jewels offered to cover the cost for this, which they did without any issues.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

Bought the gold Shamrock ring as a gift and was absolutely totally happy with it. Have Grandaughters that are into stackable rings and this one was tops. The quality was outstanding. Packaging was beautiful too. Will definately shop there again.

Wonderful customer service

Norm Jewels has some very beautiful pieces. I was looking to buy an alternative to my wedding band to wear to work and to the gym so I would not damage my actual wedding band. There were so many gorgeous options. I finally found a piece and ordered it. When it arrived unfortunately it was to small (I ended up ordering 1/2 a size up for the ring and it fits much better). I reached out to customer service and submitted the return. Less then 24 hours I received an email saying that Norm Jewels would prioritize my order so it can make it in time for my honeymoon, and it did! All of my interactions with this company have been positive and professional. I look forward to ordering another piece from them in the future. 12/10 experience with this company.

Outstanding from start to finish

I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience with Norm. The jewelry itself is absolutely stunning, but what truly sets them apart is their customer service.

When my ring arrived slightly smaller than expected, the Norm team responded quickly, kindly, and with a real desire to make things right. Since I’m based in Canada, they proactively offered a partial refund to cover local resizing—no hassle, no back-and-forth. The refund was processed immediately and covered exactly what resizing typically costs here.

Every interaction felt thoughtful, transparent, and genuinely customer-first. It’s rare to find a brand that pairs beautiful craftsmanship with such care and flexibility.

I would recommend Norm without hesitation and will absolutely be purchasing from them again.

No follow through on one year warranty

I bought the Franco bracelet and was reasonably happy until I began to feel a link catching on my finger and after less than 9 months it began to unravel. The bracelet comes with a one year warranty. When I contacted Norm, they told me the warranty didn’t apply as gold is “a soft metal” and they didn’t consider it to be a fault but said I could take it for repair and they would partially refund me. A jewellery repair specialist then informed me they could not guarantee an effective repair as the bracelet was hollow so would likely just melt. They also said I shouldn’t accept this as normal “wear and tear” and Norm should replace.
When I went back to Norm they told me they couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything and offered me 10% off my next item (when they already had 20% off site wide btw).
Not only does the one year warranty seem to be for show only, but their lack of pride in their product and service is highly telling.

We would like to clarify that our standard warranty policy covers one complimentary repair for manufacturing faults. In addition to this we offer a 60 day return/exchanges policy. As your order was placed nearly a year ago, it falls well outside this coverage. While we do offer a one-year limited warranty, it is intended to cover confirmed production defects through repair; it does not cover issues resulting from daily wear and tear over an extended period of time, especially with delicate designs.

Despite the item being used for almost a year, our team still reached out to offer a partial refund for a local repair as a gesture of goodwill, as we truly wanted to help you maintain your piece. We apologize that this solution did not meet your expectations and that you felt our subsequent discount offer was insufficient.
