Appalling service..Normal Vejle
This week I have received a very appalling service in Normal Vejle Torvegade from this girl so called ''Jessica'' (the name written on the receipt) who came very bored to scan my items and didnt even say ''Hej'' like a normal customer service person. I said fair enough maybe she is tired and forgot. But then she throws one of my items on the floor (cant say for sure if it was intentional or not), which I had to pick up and she didnt even apologize. When she was done she didnt say a word to me, not a '' Har godt dag'' nothing and this whole time her face was like stone. Not even a single smile. I dont know if this disgraceful behavior is down to her incompetence/ignorance in dealing with customers, or it is down to xenophobia/racism since I dont look danish. Whatever it is, I hope Normal realizes what they're risking shoving these snotty uneducated sour at the till, since these people represent the company's image. I hope they'll do something about it, either to educate their staff or hire more customer friendly minded people. Listen, if you dont like dealing with people, theres no need for people like you at the cashier. Do everyone a favour who dont want to see your sour bored face and go clean toilets or the streets, theres plenty of other jobs you can choose, where you dont have to deal with people.
