This company did the unthinkable. My package wasn't delivered and they sent me another one. No complications,no questions asked. The jewellery is even prettier that I thought it would be. Definitely ordering again. ❤️

Update: The Customer service contacted me immediately after my review and refunded the amount. I also received 2 charms. Thank you for that! I will order again.
Unfortunately, I had bad experiences with this shop.
In my first order, one charm was not delivered enough, but this was then delivered later. In addition to the subsequent delivery, I ordered another charm necklace and two earrings. Both earrings and a charm on the necklace had the pearls falling out when they were unpacked. I then contacted the shop and asked for a replacement delivery. That was on August 26, 2024. Since then I have not received a response or a replacement. Too bad
