I contacted Norguard for a quote to get a smart thermostat installed. I had specific requirements, so wasn't sure which brand to go for as they all have their pros and cons.
David anwswered all the questions I had, which allowed me to decide which brand to buy. It might have been just a few questions to start with, but those lead to more and eventually there was a tail of messages. Response times were really good as they never took more than 24 hours.
Communications in general were excellent, with a text message sent to notify me that David was leaving his previous job.
Once on site, he didn't disappoint. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
I'm very happy with the job done.
And the icing on the cake: while on site, I asked David another question about expanding the system. That question was very much brand specific and he didn't know the answer for certain. Rather than just assuming or pretending he knew for sure, he was very clear he wasn't certain. He found out for me later on that day, even the product was a consumer product that he wouldn't have to install.
