I feel that there has not been much contact with me but only when you want praise. Sorry but true. An email or two would have been nice just to reassure the customer that all is well and orders are on scedule. Not a lot of info on customer accounts when looking online other than basics.

The folks at Norfolk Sheds were great, ordering was simple, communication was good and the shed arrived bang on time. The driver realised there was a few bits missing, made a note of them and returned the next day with all the missing parts.

Bought the 16×8 summer house with side shed including fitting. Great customer service from Lucy and great communication to keep us informed of what was happening. Installation was the same day as delivery which was alot better than other companys who were looking to deliver and we would have to check everything was there before the installation was done days or weeks later. Guys hat turned up were both great and did a super build for us. Would definitely recommend.

Not what I thought. It says log cabins are warm enough in the winter when it's already cold inside it of an evening now . Had to wait after many phone calls and emails to you, for instructions manual, which didn't come with it. Easy enough to order and got updates on delivery but after that it was a little bit of a sham

The summerhouse I purchased was delivered on time(although very late in the day) and the driver was courteous and helpful. I am currently in the process of installing the summerhouse and it is all there and in good order although the quality could be better but you get what you pay for, I would add make sure your base is solid and true.

Local company, choice of shed and configuration, quick delivery and erection of shed by the supplied fitters, was careful and efficient. Quality of the shed was very good so would recommend.

Very fast delivery of summer house. The two guys who delivered were very friendly and willing to put the summer house part straight into my garage for me.
The product is 100% as described very good.

Very good product and service.My only bad point is the instructions could be made into a booklet instead of over the place.

im writing this review 2 years later as this is how long it has taken to make sure the issues have been rectified to a standard that now makes my building safe.
first of i would like to comment on how bad the customer service was calling me a liar ignoring my emails etc, i understand protecting your employees but first read what i have to say then decide, i told the company owner they where using cowboy joiners who where unprofessional, this was because my log cabin started producing big gaps which i could put my hand through in the summer and cracks in the wood in the winter, all this happened after i had treated the building inside and out correctly. the whole build cost me £3600, £600 of that was for building it, then i had to get my own professional joiner in which ended up costing me around another £600 because of all the damage that the companies joiners had caused from there lack of knowledge or just incompitance, the door frames and window frames have these borders that go on the in and outside of the building and then screw into each other with a bit of silicone inbetween, the logs then sit inbetween these with the ability to move.
Here is what their so called professional joiners did, they screwed these frames into the actual logs, now this is a big no no because the wood needs to be able to move in the different seasons hot and cold as wood contracts and retracts due to moisture, because they screwed these frames into the logs they where unable to move how they are suppose to causing not irreparabel but bad enough damage that now my cabin looks like i have had it for a lot longer and probabley won't last as long as it should.

the biggest issue i had is there was no appology or no offer of some sort of reinbursment, they just didn't care, which is why i am now gathering evidence to report them to the building ombudsman. hope my review helped,

We were very impressed with the prompt and efficient delivery of our shed.
The delivery driver Yuri was extremely helpful- nothing was too much trouble for him. He carried the pieces Into our garden with a joke and a smile which brightened up the day.

The time from ordering to construction was speedy. The shed was put up for us and is very sturdy. It looks very smart.

Really good quality, went up within a couple of hours, 2 people.
