What a complete RIP OFF

Awful product, with a fake returns policy, asking you to return to the US at your cost. Absolute SCAM.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
After many emails dealing with their "product support" offered a 60% refund despite the no quibble refund they offer when you purchase whatever garbage they are selling.
Dreadful way to behave.. Do Not buy anything from these Scammers.

I received my order on 4. October and am so disappointed with the product that makes my feet hurt badly. Not living up to my expectations, I checked the returns policy (after having read before purchase that I had the right to a return whatever the problem) and I realised that as it was a 'special offer' I may NOT return them. What a scam. I'm left with a product that is of no use at all. Shame on you Norelie taking advantage of people in pain.

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam. They claimed they are a Canadian company they are NOT!! The parcel I received (which was garbage I might add) had a return address of Mississauga Ontario. Then when I say I want a refund (so I go through my PayPal account) they want me to pay to send it back to Asia. They are completely fraudulent do not buy anything from this company you might as well take the money and burn it you won’t see it again.

RedRevive Trerapy Wand

Releived pain in my left leg, first use. Bought for neuropathy, has increased my nitric oxide levels. Also use on tennis elbow. Neuropathy seems to be getting better with continuing use. Started three weeks ago. Great product. Recommend highly. I have feeling back in my feet. Have great hope.

GARBAGE COMPANY SELLING GARBAGE PRODUCTS. In my opinion any reviews above 2 were likely written by fake customers invented by Norellia Toronto.

If I could give a zero I would. Their ad indicated these were high quality leather that was comparable to Birkenstock and that they were on sale for $64.95 which seemed a reasonable discount but not so low that it was too good to be true.

I finally received them after 3 weeks loosely packed, not in a box but in a bubble wrap bag.

The smell they gave off instantly telling me these were vinyl and plastic, absolutely garbage product AND even though they indicated my size they were two sizes too big and extremely uncomfortable. When I contacted them to return them to get a full refund they said that because of the high discount it was a final sale. This process took 2 weeks to receive an unfavourable response. These shoes would likely have been sold at a Payless for $8.99. TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

They send the wrong size I asked for 11…

They send the wrong size I asked for 11 and got 9-10.
Tried to exchange for correct size but they just don’t have size 11. They should not have accepted our order since they can’t supply the correct size. They refuse to refund and instead bombard us with publicity for their other products. Definitely not recommend them.

I am beyond frustrated with this…

I am beyond frustrated with this company. Ordered the red light therapy and used it for awhile. Waste of time. So 100% refund policy is a joke. They immediate try to get you to take a lower amount and keep the product. I refused and spent $20 returning it. Have talked to them a few times and called multiple times. Last call I was told by Sherry i would get a refund in 3 to 5 days. Now its 14 days later no refund and no one answers or returns message. Stay away.

Avoid

Absolutely shocked. Avoid. Cancelled an order more or less straight after ordering. Email bounced back. Then used another email still within the 24 hour cooling off period which was acknowledged and told it would be passed on to the relevant team. Only to get an email this morning to say the item is about to ship. Avoid this company !!!

I ordered the RedRevive Red Light Therapy Wand $139.95. I received it worked great for 2 days and stopped working. I contacted the support team, they were very friendly and offered me a 40% refund lol. I plan on contacting my Bank for a full refund.

Incompetent.

I ordered insoles for 44/45 size…uk size 10 and received size35-36. Which are too small. Unusable. And no instructions to make a return.

Deceiving Guarantee and NOT a UK company.

Company indicates a UK base [Norelie UK], but if you need to return an item it needs to be sent to Bedford, USA, and charged a 20 Euros warehouse fee. As an alternative you are offered a 60per cent discount. So much for the "money back guarantee, no hassles, no question asked" promotion.
