I love Nord VPN, it allows me to connect anomalously to the Internet and helps protect my data. I also love that it has many bonus features like checking the dark web for my info and scam protection among the many other bonuses.

My review of nord vpn remains the same,they can not offer a solution,dispite numerous e mails explaining to them,i think they cant understand plain english,,KEEP CLEAR OF THIC COMPANY

The application connects quickly when changing between different locations on my laptop. It runs fine in the background without causing issues during my daily tasks, though the server map layout took a little while to navigate at first.

I have internet connection issue while NordVPN is ON. After 5 emails exchange. I.e 4 days. Due to the time zone difference. However they are able to resolve . That is great. That will be great there is support centre in Australia.

Margarita was very patient in assisting me with my NordVPN application issue. She had me try several different options to attempt to resolve the problem.

I used their customer service yesterday and they were fantastic! Very knowledgeable. They had my issue fixed as I use Ubuntu and it can be very difficult.
Nord has a similar ranking with expressvpn which is crazy because I could not even load expressvpn to my system and their customer service was pathetic. They wasted hours of my time and did nothing for me. Then they refused a refund because it's soccer week....insane.
The only thing I dislike about nord is that they charge a huge amount after your period is over so you have to cancel and start over to get the good price. But they are heads and tails above expressvpn. I also don't trust these review sites as they often are not accurate as corrupt companies like expressvpn manipulate the ratings.
