I'm very disappointed in the customer service in the designer shoe department. I shopped Nordstrom in S.C. plaza for about 30 years. I went in recently looking for shoes. The older women whom I've seen there for may years came up to me. as soon as I asked for wide shoe, she turned me over to another employee. The young man was in a hurry to leave and go to another client. I was a level 4 for many years. I won't be any longer.
