Total rip off. I wish I can give zero stars.
Signed up for free trial and barely used the app. There were no automatic subscription showing. They don't notify you about renewing. 118 GBP just taken out of my account for the renewal of the subscription. After contacting the response was we can't refund. Just awful.

I did unsubscribe in the app well in time before renewal. Despite that they withdrawn 158 dollar from my bank. And they are not willing to par me back. When such happen I have a hand time to consider their basis intention. So I give a BIG NO RECOMMENDATION.

Good on cancelling my subscription…
Good on cancelling my subscription straight away when I pointed out that I had mentioned I had issues with my knees. Nora was extremely helpful and I was impressed with the speed and no difficulty. The app is good but if you have physical issues check first that you will be able to do the exercises. I found it too difficult to lie on the floor then get up for the next exercise then back to floor and so on.
