Refund refused
I signed up for a 12 week plan, was bombarded with emails about other offers, the last one being 'a book'
I decided their product and the hassle of constant emails was not for me and and cancelled by email.
Their reply confirmed my cancellation but advised no refund is due because it is 'a digital product' will be checking the validity of that though as this is an Americsn company they may have the right to keep my money.
Buyer Beware.
To say I'm not impressed.is an understatement.

Paid for what I thought was a 12 week…
Paid for what I thought was a 12 week course just seen a charge for the next 12 weeks for just shy of £120. Don’t care about your terms so don’t reply, s courteous email a few days before the payment id due is the least you can do.
You are scammers/grifters and sooner or later you will run out of customers and that day won’t come soon enough. Stay well clear people as you will lose money especially if like me you lose interest after a week of doing it as the plan they gave me was not achievable for a 60 year old man, but because the initial cost was low I just thought ‘oh well’ lesson learnt. Well it’s definitely a lesson learnt now £120 lighter. Don’t subscribe people avoid it like the plague, there is far better out there.

Great customer service
I ordered the app thinking I would use it. I did 2 days of the stretching which I liked. For me it was my lack of using the app.
The customer service I received from Nora was great. I requested to cancel my subscription and it was done immediately.

Nordletics did unauthorized charges despite never giving them payment information
I never gave Nordletics ANY payment information but yet somehow they have done 2 unauthorized charges on my credit card. The only way I can figure out how this happened is I may have clicked on their ad while scrolling on Facebook using my phone. If so, I'm sure I saw they wanted payment info for a 'free trial'. I NEVER do those because the trials end up not being 'free' and you often get roped into a more expensive subscription(s) which is obviously what they do. Again, I didn't give them any payment information, but they had to get it from somewhere. Nor did I receive any emails or confirmation regarding these charges. I don't/didn't have an account with them. Fortunately, my bank caught the biggest charge as fraud and declined it, but now I have to go through the hassle of getting a new card.

I love the daily exercises
I love the daily exercises and I can feel my fitness improving slowly. Once you get used to the programme updating itself, it all happens quite intuitively. I now look forward to my daily routine, which I think is half the battle. Excellent app.
