I didn't receive my order at all. Though it was written, that it was loaded to Post. But Post has never received it. When I wrote to the company, they answered, that "the track was lost". To be honest, i am unhappy with the service, I ordered a serenity blanket on November 24th, expecting to receive it plenty time for Christmas. I have emailed about it twice. The first answer i got was that they had received an unusually high volume of orders & they could not say when it would be shipped. I waited another week & emailed again, asking to cancel the order & refund the money. I was told it was not possible to cancel the order as it was going through the system. I certainly would not recommend ordering from Nordic pro store. Very unsatisfactory

Took way to long to deliver as they had lost the product. It finally arrived, advertised battery life of 3/4 days, last less than 6 hours, so pretty useless for a sports tracking watch. Still waiting on tracking number 4 days later

Not one bit happy with nordic
Not one bit happy with nordic, almost 3 weeks later and I still have not recieved the bike stand from them. Tracking through DHL still shows it in Germany and has not moved.
Contacted them by email and they said it will be sent in the next few days but still nothing.
It's a Christmas present ordered 1 month in advance of the occasion and they managed to ruin it.
