I ordered a string shelving unit which arrived damaged. I sent photographic evidence of this to their email and specific returns section of the website. I have received only one non-automated reply in the past month asking about the condition of the box. After this, I have received no reply.
UPDATE: after some delay and many emails, I did receive information from NordicNest, who have agreed to replace the item. I am awaiting this replacement, which is yet to be shipped. I will update this review upon receiving the replacement.
I ordered 4 plaids mid october 2022, out of the 4, one was announced out of stock with a 2 weeks delay, which I did not mind. But we are now almost february 2023 and still no plaid.
Customer service is a total joke. I contacted them so many times. First it was going to be delivery next week, then the next one, then the next one, then end of November they apologised and said they'd refund me part of my order to compensate... but I have not yet seen that refund on my credit card 2 months later.
And what are they saying now? "Oh just wait until the last item arrives and the refund will appear."
Avoid this webshop. Their stocks are not accurate and they cannot be trusted.
Absolutely dreadful experience. I have been waiting over 2 months now for my order, no update at all on where it is. Customer service said they have refunded me £9 as an apology but this has never appeared. Thoroughly wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company as it seems I am not alone in this experience.
Please do yourself a favour and shop anywhere but here.

Very bad customer experience.
I did a first order on December 4th, it was supposed to arrived before Christmas. I tried to contact the customer service by email several times (at least 5 times) and get finally an answer on January 3rd saying sorry the parcel just left our factory today. Between December 4th and January 3rd, so for a month, NO WORD from them but they have my money during all this time. They offered me a refund of 10€ for the late answer... I guess they are used to do that, this shows you the competency of the customer service...
I might be crazy because I did an 2nd order on December 14th, which I received on December 26th (articles were in stock so it is a lie, they don't deliver you on 48h). I was very mad so I decided to return the parcel to them. I did so on January 3rd. Since then, I didn't receive any news from them (20 day later). I have to pay 10€ to return the parcel and they keep your money for more than a month. This customer service is VERY VERY BAD and unprofessional. I will never order on this site again, there are thief!
I am verry sade, i order my christmas gift, middle of decembre. Today i contact the company 20 january 2023 to know what is going on as i didnt receive a thing. They dont have what they sale me on stock! They didnt even botherzd ti send an email! Very desapointing
Great experience with Nordic nest. I nearly did not place an order after seeing negative reviews here. I am glad I did. The order arrived in two instalments and there was clear communication about the delay in sending the second part of the order. Shipped to the UK within a week. Well packaged and great price. Will buy again and can really recommend
Black friday offer , does not arrive for christmas. I call in and they will refund me 1/3 of the asking price as a gesture. This does not happen. I try customer service by email and Get generic automated responses back with insane delivery dates.
Whilst I am waiting for an order t be dispatched that is delayed due to supply side issues, the communication has been swift, courteous and proactive. It has been solution-focused.
I placed an order in November last year and have still not received my order. They claim the item is "Stocked according to demand, Shipped from our warehouse within approx. 1-2 weeks". Every time I contact customer service they say the item is due to be delivered on X date. This has happened 5 times now and every time the date comes and goes with no order.

It takes so long to get an order. I placed my order on November 24th and it's now nearly a month later and nothing has arrived. One of these items is a present. It doesn't need to take this long!
Don’t bother. Have made two orders with them and both times the deliveries have been delayed by weeks and the customer service team have not resolved it.

Avoid this company! Customer services is there to listen to you but they don’t resolve your issues. I made an order from the UK, the parcel got to the country and after that it was never delivered to my address. I had to spend days trying to resolve it and got nowhere. I asked for a full refund and I am still waiting for an email confirming they will refund me! Terrible experience.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. They have a fabulous selection of items and very nice customer service team but their distribution team - my language would not be pleasant.

Beautiful products - unfortunately colour wasn't quite right for what I needed the products for - excellent experience with customer service on two occasions, via WhatsApp and email - both Ebba and Wiktoria were understanding and thorough in their approach.
Took deep concerns about delivery delays and lack of communication, over time, to Customer services and was listened to, heard, responded to with sincerity and generosity so thanks to Maria, my experience was totally turned around. 😀
I would like to share my very positive experience with Nordic Nest. In Oct ‘22 I ordered a coffee table for which the description read “side table - black”. This was also how the item was described in the confirmation e-mail. When I received the item, it turned out that it was only the table top - legs not included, so the title had been misleading. I felt a bit let down as the item, even excluding the legs, wasn’t very cheap.. I contacted their client service and though it did take them a little less than a week to respond, they resolved the situation perfectly. Since they saw it as an error on their side, they offered to send me the legs for the table, free of charge (and fix the misleading title on their website, ofcourse). So I can say that their client service is top-notch! Will be ordering again from them :)
