This rug is stunning and unique…it will be a focal point in any room. I went with the 8x10 but secretly wish I got the 9x12. :) You always get what you pay for, always!

My experience with Nordic Knots was five star. Customer Service supported me throughout the purchasing process, as I ended up choosing a custom size rug. I had to order multiple samples before my purchase which arrived in a timely fashion. The rug arrived earlier than expected. Most importantly, the rug is beautiful. It is a bit unnerving ordering a rug online, but my custom 14 by 15 Park rug is perfect

I am so happy with the two made-to-measure rugs I ordered, they are everything I hoped they would be. The ordering process was seamless and the team were very responsive to any queries I had. I was aware that there would be a fairly lengthy wait (it was around 6 months, made longer as I live in NI), but they were well worth the wait when you look at the quality and work involved in making them. At the time of placing my order I forgot to order the rug pads, but as they were not made to measure they came very quickly. I had a wonderful experience with Nordic Knots and would definitely recommend them.

The process was fine, but the delivery and some specs were not. The tube that the rug was enrolled in was broken in half which left stretch marks across the center of the rug which doesn’t seem to go away. Also, the rug was 3” short on both sides which effects where I thought the rug would fit. May need to return it. Your thoughts?

UPDATE: Upon leaving my original review (below) Nordic Knots reached out to rectify the issue, which was unexpected and very appreciated. Even in getting a product that did not initially meet my expectations, is great knowing the team at Nordic Knots does stand by their product and will work address issues customers have, which is a big positive.

The new rugs arrived yesterday. They look great & their quality seems perfect for the space.

Excellent customer service before purchase when I had queries and the same can be said for delivery and post delivery care instructions.

The rug is lovely, I am concerned as I’ve had it for less than a month, caring for it following Nordic knots instructions, and there is already fraying. I’m hoping this isn’t an indication of things to come but more of a settling-in period. Hoping.

Really happy with the quality of this rug. The color works in my neutral space and the pattern creates enough visual interest and texture to make it stand out. The wool is soft and shedding has been minimal.
