Terrible company- do not use
I ordered a chair and paid over £500 for it in November 2021 .
The delivery time was estimated at 6-12 weeks.
It is now 14th April and I have not received it and the company are not responding to my emails and their phone number goes straight to voicemail.
Do not use this company.

AVOID at all cost! Absolutely appalling service (or lack of it), no customer support after placing the order.
First, taking double the time than the advertised timescale to deliver the items (one is still in production, ordered first week of January). They have decided to just ship the second item without even asking/confirming delivery dates - just sent like a postcard. As I am travelling for 2 weeks, they have forced the delivery and left the item in a public space that ready to be collected by anyone!!!
They don't reply to emails, the phone is off.
Absolutely terrible - don't buy anything and go elsewhere!

Email communication is been so poor as well and we still have not received any clarification after more than 10 weeks for our £1000 order ! Who ever runs this business needs to leave the post to real professional people with genuine customer care ! Please do not waste the time by replying to the review , instead reply to emails with high priority.

Very poor service.
I placed an order over a week ago and did not receive any information about the order having been shipped. I wrote an email asking for clarification because I need the items for a birthday gift. I did not receive a reply. I then phoned and asked to cancel the order. The person I spoke to acknowledged they had received my email, and had not replied, but she also told me it was too late to cancel the order! What terrible service. I will not order from this company again.

Waiting for a refund of almost £200. From other reviews it may take a while. Won't be using this business again. If other, smaller, companies can process refunds quickly they all can.

Outrageous delivery charge
I wanted to order 2 candles and a candle holder from Nordic House. This would have been a small parcel. I was therefore shocked to see the delivery charge would be £16.80, and this was to a mainland UK address.
Totally unacceptable. I cancelled the order and will not using this company again.

What a lovely shopping experience from start to finish. Caroline from customer services was so helpful so big shout out to her. I don’t shop on line so was a little confused as to timelines from order to delivery but Caroline put my mind at ease. I bought a concrete bowl for my candles and it is just perfect, so lovely and well made. The bowl came really well packed and I am so pleased with it. I’m already looking to see what I can buy next!

Really pleased with my purchase - I ordered 2 glass lanterns - they look just as expected and delivered really fast. The packaging was superb for such fragile items.

The fragile product I ordered was well packaged in recycled materials. It arrived the next morning in perfect condition. Really pleased with the product itself, exactly as it looked on the website and of good quality. Would order from this company again!
Fantastic customer service and ,beautiful products
I ordered 2 graceful ceramic vases as a gift for Christmas, they arrived on the Tuesday before Christmas and the box was damaged, when opened the largest vase was broken.i called customer service and spoke to Kirsty who was extremely helpful, she advised if I could send a picture of the damaged box etc, she could issue a new vase to be despatched immediately and hopefully it would arrive before Christmas. The new vase was here Christmas Eve, thanks to Kirsty for her prompt dealing with the issue
The vases are lovely and will look beautiful in my daughters new home.

Terrible customer service!
I ordered 2 cushions which I returned as the colour in reality was much duller than those shown in the pic online! Even though I queried having to pay for the returns which I resent doing I received an email acknowledging receipt of the returns and advising that they would reimburse me within 3-5 days. A month later still no payment has been received and they have not replied to my email! Terrible customer service - wish I’d read other similar reviews before I ordered. Will not be using this company again!

Delivery charges for outlying UK is disgusting, why companies do not use the Royal Mail for these areas i really dont know. Has definitely stopped me and I bet many other potential customers from buying from them.

Ordered a couple of things from this Company now and found them really good. I think the products are quite charming. Things dispatched very quickly and the delivery service has always been really good. Everything I have ordered so far has been breakable (plates, ceramic items etc) but they all arrived well packaged and in one piece.
