Utterly horrendous experience with customer support

This concerns customer service and IT-support.

It has taken over 4 months and at least 20 mail conversations (with several reminders and follow-up from my end) with customer service and I still haven’t been able to do a simple thing; To reset my password and login to my account at Nordic Choice.

Customer service is blaiming for internal IT-support not doing its job, and that they are furious at IT-support.

This is truly something I have never experienced before.

It almost takes faster to order and get a new car delivered than getting help to reset an account at Nordic Choice.

Unbelievable.

Poor customer service and points not worth collecting.

The membership club is not one that inspires loyalty. When missing points etc my experience was that customer service is slow, unhelpful and unwilling. I have previously stayed every week for 3 months in Skellefteå Quality hotel. Shall stay at the Scandic in future.
