Transformed my newbie gains into real progress!
Before working with Nordahl, I must admit I was approaching everything in a bizarre manner. I was on an OMAD diet, training inconsistently, and was skinny fat with a lot of fat around my abdominal area. I wanted to lose fat, build muscle and achieve a leaner physique, but I had no real structure to get there. On top of that, tracking my meals and workouts felt like a constant chore.
My main concern before joining was how it would work remotely and whether I’d get real value from it. What made me do it anyway was the desire to achieve results under a structured approach.
Nordahl did not judge me. He picked me up from where I was and built a training and meal plan tailored to me. This is an ongoing process, shaped by regular check-ins and conversations.
The results have spoken for themselves. I’ve put on muscle, lost a good amount of fat, and I’m eating and sleeping better. My strength in the gym has improved to the point where I can comfortably lift with good form and progressively overload my weights. The best moment so far? Actually being able to see my abs when I look in the mirror.
What surprised me most is how my mindset has shifted. I now enjoy tracking my food, it gives me a clear picture of what I’m eating and how it contributes to my overall progress.
