Very disappointed with the colour. It is fawn not cream as illustrated.

Ordering process easy. Backback arrived quickly and it’s great. Not put it to use yet but will soon. Good quality and lots of room.

I love my Nordace tote bag it is exactly as advertised and I'm looking forward to my first trip with it in a couple of weeks. It is all I need for my carry on as I also have a suitcase I will check.

I LOVE this bag. It is big enough for all my things - logical and helpful pockets. Perfect for under the seat in front of you on the airplane . Has a zippered to closure unlike many tote bags. I use it for my daily purse.

It’s the perfect size, perfect weight, perfect everything! As someone who struggles with heavier backpacks it’s super lightweight and has tons of pockets. I use it as a work bag for my laptop, iPad, and other items. I was a bit skeptical about how well the zippers would hold up since they are just a wrapped strip of leather but so far, no issues!

I love this bag. Organized and lightweight

The product itself is great quality and super useful with many spaces to store my belongings.
The e-commerce follow-up after purchase is a bit old school though. It took a while before receiving the product and I had no news about the shipment status.

Fantastic bag I'm bringing it home to Ireland

Online research of reviews of backpacks brought me to the Nordace site. My new Nordace backpack was exactly what I needed for my last tour. It has many divisions that make it easy to organize my carry-on items and it protected everything very well. I didn’t need to use the rain cover that I had bought, though I’m sure it will come in handy in the future.

This is definitely a spring /summer bag. Such a pretty colour. I’m not usually a yellow person but this grabbed me when I saw it. I have 3 other colours of this bag and love the amount it holds and it still looks great fully packed with a comfortable shoulder strap. Definitely will be coming on holiday with me. Well made and durable and fantastic design so great quality. Have loads of bags and back packs and weekender bags from you now . Always thrilled to get the delivery and no returns! Very happy customer!

My tote bag arrived with one of the handles twisted so it was sewn on backwards! NOT MY FAULT! I have never used this bag and have requested a refund or exchange on my purchase. Nothing has happened to date despite sending the manufacturing code through to this company. I am currently going through treatment for breast cancer. I threw away my old tote bag after ordering a replacement from Nordace and I have been unable to use the new one because of the manufacturing fault. Mot happy!

The bag's material is very good, but the zipper is too easy to open for an anti-theft bag category. Please fix the zipper to make it more secure. The price is okay and matches the product quality. Free shipping is no use if I have to pay customs fees that are half the price of the item. Please consider opening a branch in my country to avoid such issues. I'm not hesitant to repurchase, but I won't buy it again if I have to pay excessive customs fees

Everything about this bag is well thought out; it is very chic and elegant, very comfortable as well. Great purchase.

Easy order, quick delivery, bag is literally as described and viewed on video. Carries all I want without the need of the bulky purse. Absolutely love it. Holds all as per video, phone and glasses as well. However iphone pro max is a little larger if in a case so a tighter fit in slot but it does fit.

An excellence experience, fast and delivering what I expected

I love this bag. It has plenty of space (more than I need) and lot's of pockets for organizing. I was a bit worried by other reviews that the fabric was stiff, but I don't find that at all. I highly recommend this bag.

The only thing I might suggest is a slightly wider strap, or add a shoulder pad. Bu that does not take away from the 5 star rating.

Item delivered rapidly. However design flaws make this backpack less useful than hoped. The straps are covered in slippery fabric so they slip off the should rvd when bag is loaded

The item I ordered did not take long to arrive. I love that there are plenty of space to organize what-nots. I would have liked to see anti-lock zippers similar to Travelon bags and I have a collection of those.

Although delivery took a little while, the bag is exactly as it was described.
It is lightweight, roomy, and looks very smart. There are numerous compartments and hidden pockets which I find very helpful in organising its contents.

I do not like vegan leather.
For $140 I would have preferred real leather straps
