Super happy with my siena grand tote! Very roomy for travel purposes and also for day to day work. I do like to keep my things in certain spaces so I can easily put my hands on them. This bag doesn't disappoint with many compartments to keep things safe and secure. A well thought out design.

As a flight attendant, I have tried a large number of tote bags, and I did not find this one practical for travel at all. The material does not feel luxurious and is too stiff, with no flexibility or give, so there is no ability to fit anything extra when needed. The straps are uncomfortable and cut into your shoulders, especially when the bag is carrying any real weight. It also lacks a front pocket or any quick-access compartment for items like a phone, pen, or gum, which makes it impractical when you need things quickly while traveling. The return policy is also ridiculous: if you remove the tag, you cannot return it, even if the bag has never been used. Overall, this bag was not practical, comfortable, or thoughtfully designed.

This return policy tells you everything you need to know about how much this company actually stands behind its product. If you remove the tag—even if you’ve never used the item—you cannot return it. That’s not confidence in quality, that’s a company protecting itself from returns.

Any brand that truly believes in what it’s selling allows customers to assess the product in real-world use. Here, you’re expected to commit before you even know if it works for you.

Policies like this don’t build trust—they signal the opposite.

I really like this bag. It's very roomy and will be perfect for travel. I just wish it was more of a true pink color.

Absolutely love this! Very light, comfortable padded straps, lots of space in the main section. It has additional sections for easily accessing small items. Great for international travel as it attaches into a pull along suitcase and has secret zip pocket for your passport.

I have both the Nordace Siena II Smart Backpack, and the Nordace Siena Pro 15 Backpack, and both are excellent. After having an issue with with one, customer service was very quick and responsive to contact and they provided me with a perfect solution that made me quite happy. The build quality of both are great, the durability is great, the ergonomics are great, and overall I'm very happy with my products and the company!

The bag is heavy but it holds a lot of stuff.

This a good quality, well made bag. Good packaging. Didn't include the expandable key attachment shown in videos :-(

The bag is great. Some were complaining that the shoulder straps are too short but for me the length is perfect (and its not short at all) plus there is an extra long strap if needed. The Features are all great especially the laptop and sunglasses departments. Color great. Loving it!!!
