Storm 5- Winter road Biking in Ottawa Valley. I wash the Bike with pressure washer. First Year - Freehub has water ingress and freezes (took it apart and rusty) - Fully repaired/replaced internal components. Pedals rusted and would not 'Spin'easily - Replaced. Rear Brake Cable allows water into the sleeve, replaced both units. 2nd Year- Needed to replace BottomBracket, Fell apart & rusty, was not a sealed unit. Replaced with Sealed Unit. Love the Bike but the original parts leave a lot to be desired. If you can do your own work and have all the tools It is okay, but it would cost a lot to get a shop to fix/upgrade.

Got myself a Norco Shore to replace my junk ... (Cracked Canyon Torque) and I must say this new high pivot technology is soo good! Bike is incredible in the whistler double black tech, and loves to freeride even more! I've only heard good things regarding Norco's warranty and customer service! Hopefully I don't need it! And having a Canadian brand helps when things go wrong!

Got a 2022 Norco fat tire new from bike shop 1800.$ had it less than 3 months put 134 miles on it rear hub broke bike shop replaced free wheel parts didn't ride it this summer studded tires. Road it 5 times this winter now have 60 miles on new hub part just broke again pulled it apart same thing broke looking at the the way its built it looks like it was built to brake you really have to see it to know what I'm saying I now whin I put the new parts in they will only last as long as the last 2 I've mountain biked hard for 25 years and only broke one free wheel a bike that has a price of 1800 $ should a good hub and I know others that have that have the same problem they got there money know step up and replace the hub with something good

Bought my Norco charger 9.2 pre-owned for a very small fee and happy as larry.
The quality of the frame and equipment is great. I am sure it will serve me for many, many years.

Absolutely amazing company spoke to Dan through email. Lovely guy gave me a derailleur hanger for free as uk has little supply of the mech hanger for my Norco bike.
