Bad customer service

I got a defective dress and a ridiculous response from the customer service: “send it back so we can see if the holes can be fixed”…. Really ???!!! How about a standard refund or replacement with a new one?

All of our products are made in very small batches by hand in NYC so we do not make additional stock and therefore would be unable to replace your item. We do however have extra fabric so we can replace the damaged panel and make your garment as good as new. Sincerely, Team NG

This is not your company’s fault but . . .

This is not your company’s fault, but your dress was delivered to my home in Pacific Palisades by UPS or FedEx after I had evacuated from my home due to a mandatory evacuation. The package was left at the door of our evacuated home. No one was there. The house subsequently burned down in the Palisades Fire, along with the package sitting on our doorstep. The delivery service that your company uses should never have delivered the package to an area under mandatory evacuation.

I bought a dress for my step daughter

I bought a dress for my step daughter, who is a 5:00 anchor for a local television station. She rocked the dress! The dress was first class. She looked like she should be anchoring one of the network national newscasts!
