purchased 3 hand bags for presents, wrong products arrived, one also not good quality, tried to return, their return policy says return to china which was 50% of purchase price, return policy not worth words written in, ended up loosing payment and got three bags to throw in the bin
it is apparent by forcing postage back to china seller wants you to just give up, buy at your peril
This company are NOT to be trusted. Not only are the advertisements false - the bags are NOT leather - but one month ago they said they issued a 20% refund. It has yet to materialise.
Somehow they persuaded PayPal they were genuine.
