My order has been marked completed for over a week and it still has not shipped and I have not received a tracking number I paid for 1-2 day expedited shipping. This is getting ridiculous, nobody is getting back to me to tell me what is going on. I haven been a loyal customer of rcd for a long time and have spent $1000s . Please someone tell me when my order will ship and send me a tracking number. Order #RCD10210. As soon as my order is shipped and I receive a tracking number I will change my review from one star to 5 stars

I'm not exactly sure how to rate them yet. I placed an order totaling $98 last night but yet to have received confirmation, however, my payment is already showing up as pending transaction. I'm really worried. I feel like an idiot to have ordered without reading these reviews. I better be receiving a confirmation soon or I will report this payment as fraud. I can't afford to lose $98.

I ordered through their “Crypto Processor”. They have you scan a QR code which gets their wallet number. I sent $70 worth of Bitcoin, they then request that you send a screenshot of the transaction and the hash #. I did all of this, they never got back to me. I followed up a week later, they said they can’t find my payment. I screen recorded my exactly steps, sent the hash #. They then shut down their “supportATrcd.bio” email address. After hours of digging I found a new site they launched (RCDbio.co) I emailed them asking what happened, they claimed they’d search for the transaction again. They claimed the wallet I sent my bitcoin to isn’t one of their wallets (I got the wallet address from their site) and refuse to respond to further inquires of mine.

100% scammers, don’t trust them.

Placed an order on a Friday at 1:42 p.m. and paid $39 for overnight express shipping. It's now 9:35 a.m. on Tuesday and the postal service is still waiting on the product to arrive so that they can ship it..... I've never had this sort of experience before. Usually orders are shipped out within just a few hours after payment. I was told their shipping team doesn't work weekends but there was plenty of time to ship before 5 on Friday. I'm just sorely disappointed at the level of disregard when someone pays so much money to have things shipped out immediately and overnighted. If I would have known this, I'd have just saved the money and had it shipped out as a regular shipment without urgency. I would probably get it sooner tbh.

I've ordered three times and only received one item.
USPS never receives the shipment from Rcd.bio These are modern Day pirates and I have a guy that investigates scam sites and has gotten several busted and shut down, looking into them. DO NOT order from these people they ship here and there to keep people guessing and believe me this guy is good so they won't last. Oh and he tracks down any third party shippers and investigates their involvement.

In all honesty this place sounds as crooked as pure rawz🙄 was going to place an order but after reading the reviews it's a hard pass. It's amazing how low a scammer will go for a Lil bit of cash! Does the purerawz people own this crooked business also? In that case I'm owed $700

Two weeks after my initial order I had to pester them just to get a tracking number.

I chose and paid for **USPS Priority (3-4 day)** shipping, but it's a bait and switch as they use a company called Global Post which they made ZERO mention of on their website.

6 weeks later my package hasn't moved from it's original location. I complain to RCD, they pawn responsibility off to Global Post who says they can't help me because the shipping RCD used (without my consent or knowledge) doesn't include end-to-end tracking or insurance.

Any further emails to RCD were ignored.

False information/advertising and terrible customer service so why trust whatever they're sending even if it does arrive?

I would give more than 5 stars if I could... I've ordered about 5 times now over the last 6 months not a year and have had great service and even greater products every time. I won't even consider trying another vendor. I've ordered many different things and they have always been excellent. Thanks to everyone at RCD

Initially, I harbored some skepticism; however, the shipment arrived promptly within a week. I ordered a total of three items, amounting to approximately $200, and encountered no issues. The packaging was notably secure and well-done. I opted for credit card payment for this transaction. Based on my experience, I would confidently recommend this service.

They claim they have not received btc I sent. They claim they do not know of payments processor which is one of three payment options on their website. Reported to authorities.

I placed my order on Friday and paid for 1-3 day shipping. It showed up on Tuesday, apparently because they don't ship on weekends (I didn't see that information anywhere when I ordered). Their customer service was responsive, but when they did ship it for some reason the tracking number they gave me didn't have updated package information on it and so it looked like it was sitting unshipped for 5 days when it had been sent. Ultimately it did show up arguably within the promised time frame, although in my opinion if you're not going to ship over the weekend you should say that, postal service delivers on Saturdays so it's not a crazy thing to expect especially when paying for expedited shipping. In the end it was sent, I did get what I paid for along with a cute little drawstring bag and a sticker, and the product was exactly what I ordered. I'd have given 5 stars if the "no shipping over the weekend" policy was more apparent when I placed the order.

I have ordered a few times from this website and they have been pretty good until recently. The crypto address I was given at the checkout was 'suddenly' on that they were unfamiliar with, so I lost $125.00. Took another chance and had c souple of good transactions, then my last one, I ordered 200gm of a powder, but it came in a 100gm pouch (with 2 baggies inside it of). Thinking that may have been 200gm shoved into one pouch, I didnt think much of it, but came to realize it was only 100gm. They asked for the packing slip which I did not have, so I had to eat it. Last order I placed, I was given a crypto address at the end of the checkout, and lo and behold thay cannot find that address nor funds, either so I will be out another $125.00, or so. Their customer service had been pertty good up intil these hiccups, I guess because they know that not too many people seel wat they sell but I think that everyone should be warned when paying with crypto with these people. Theybare nice enough, but they don't seem to be very helpful when orders go wrong - at least not with me, so far. It is very disappointing.

Shipping and customer service are infuriating to deal with. I placed an order 15 days ago and still hasn't even shipped! Customer service always responds quickly, and they are very apologetic, but they tell you absolutely nothing about what's happening. They just "assure you" that they've "spoken to shipping and management" and you'll see your order "soon." It's beyond frustrating to deal with this company.

If you still feel that the 1970’s "it takes 4 to 6 weeks for delivery" is still the way things are today… NootropicsUnlimited is right for you!

They take your money and you will have to contact everyone you can find, just to get a tracking number in a week! Then, they STLL won’t actually ship it until you give them a bad review!

So I bought from them 80 Kanna tabs and 20mg of OEA and paid for express shipping. I also ordered the Evodamine and RU58841. It took them a week just to ship. When I tried the Kanna, conservatively, I felt nothing. Maybe a higher dose will work, after increasing the dose over a week there is still nothing. The doses I took should have put me out. After a week on the OEA and Evodamine all I had was an upset stomach, the one thing I noticed was that this OEA never desolves, and the Evodamine looks exactly like the Kanna. I also have had experience with using RU58841 and never has it smelled like Poly vinyl chloride. It also has some undesolvable plastic particles in it. After $500 I realize I have been scammed.

I've been a customer since 2020 and have had good experiences for the most part.

However, whenever there was an order problem the Support team was almost completely useless. It would take at minimum 1 week for them to even acknowledge your issue - they would just blame USPS and tell you it's on the way (even when tracking showed no parcel was received). It would typically take 2-3 weeks for them to finally communicate with their warehouse to determine the delay and another week to get the order shipped.

They always do eventually refund or reship it's just an extremely frustrating and nerve-racking process. Thankfully over the last 4 years, only a handful of orders have had issues.

Tried to email them and it didn’t work. Your answer bot and they said they would get a human to speak to me. Please someone get back to me. All want to know to is if I pay with with say ETH it will go through as gbp or English money. I have worked this out to be £52 to 66 dollars as I want to buy 9 me bc is this ok?

Amazing !! If I could give you more than 5 stars then I would. Your customer support is always willing to assist and the fact that I ordered my package and got it sooner than I thought I would. Today I received my items and the quality is amazing just as I expected. Thanks guys for always making sure your customers happiness comes first.

I have never had an experience this great with any other company , They delivered good service and my package has been delivered sooner than I expected. Thanks guys!
