I accidentally sent the wrong amount of Bitcoin.
Order never arrived, absolutely no contact from the company. When I finally realized, I sent them an email asking for the amount off the next order, with proof of the tx id but they ignored several emails.

It takes a min to reply to an email. If they can't bother with a repeat customer, do you think they bother to test their products for impurities?

I ordered my first batch of peptides as well as nootropics from NS. So far, the peptides have been life changing. This is the first time I've ever noticed the effects from Noopept I've ordered, and I've been ordering it from a variety of sources for ten years.

I was originally a bit afraid to make an order from NS due to the low trust pilot rating, however I am extremely happy I took a chance on them.

I am an extremely happy customer. My order got shipped out the same day I ordered it, and somehow made it to my post office the very next day despite the fact Illinois is such a long distance from Florida. 10/10. I would order again from NS, and I plan on doing so later today.

Fake scammers, all tianeptine companies are fake rice Powder, blue and white capsules, blue bottles along with a warning letter not for human consumption! Fake ..I'm gonna shut them down

despite mixed reputation I had good experiences with their products. I cant say how pure they are but the ones ive tried have worked fine. good selection of the rarer stuff at pretty good prices. overall I'd recommend

my main gripe is not able to use credit card to purchase, but I can see why its like that. keep in mind using crypto you'll probably have to pay a 25% cut to the coin wallet which sucks. bank transfer is probably a cheaper payment option

So far easy to order from, I ordered Phenibut HCL Capsules and another order of Noopept nasal spray. I will upgrade or downgrade depending on how well the process goes. I have sent their ethereum and am waiting to hear back.

Update - Great service, if they would stock up their product it would be upgraded to five stars.

A repeat customer, always gotten the right product very fast (often next day if I pay for the shipping). Had a minor issue with a compound spilling within the outer bag. After emailing them, they replaced the spilled amount free of charge as a gesture of goodwill for my loyalty.

After 15 orders, and several thousand spent, I have never received the wrong compound or had an order go missing

I’m a repeat purchaser, spanning over hundreds of dollars. For the most part it was fine.

Incorrect compound here, late delivery there, but I pride myself on being reasonable.

This latest time, which was the biggest order yet, I received nothing for almost 2 months, then after I HAD TO reach out, and was told : we used a delivery service that doesn’t ship to your country during COVID. IF it gets sent back ever, we’ll send it to you.

Sorry, What? I have received a dozen packages since I ordered, half of which were from the states.

Naturally, if they used a delivery service that doesn’t ship to Australia, I expect a full refund. That’s the companies problem. Over an additional 4 emails and an extra month (taking it to 3) I am now being ignored, and what has taken place, with no rectification, constitutes theft.

Further action is being pursued

I have wrote them countless times and can't get them to ever respond. This has taken place over a months worth of time. A real company would at least respond to one email. This company will steal money from you, and you will get absolutely nothing from them.

I've been purchasing products from nootropics source for several months now and have been very happy with the quality of product I have received. Shipping is very fast, too!

I've ordered from them for a while now... like maybe 10 or 12 times since 2019. Every order was good quality stuff, like I mean beyond my expectations without giving too much details, really really good stuff! No major issues and the one time I did it got fixed - eventually... The prices are good plus they will give you a discount code if you ask for one. I've emailed them for the COAs in the past but never got a response back so thats the other reason for 1 less star. I recently asked again for COAs or testing and they sent me what I asked for and told me they were in the process of updating them on the website so thats pretty cool. But ya only 4 stars due to ignoring me on COAs before and taking a long time to resolve my issue.

Ordered phenylpiracetam, was sent a powder labeled phenylpiracetam but with none of its effects. I tried emailing them multiple times with no response. This company is not trustworthy.

Stole my money got no product don't use them. If they conduct business like this imagine what else they are doing to their product

Shortly after ordering a few items, I asked to cancel my order and for a refund. Order was canceled but no refund was ever provided. "Matt" at the company seemed to string me along with questions regarding the refund, but never came through. He eventually stopped answering my emails regarding the refund.

So, i have ordered many times.Great products, until my most recent order.I sent screen shots of my payment to their bank.the bank confirmed payment.The rep i talked to said they cant find it.so they just beat me out of $170.00. I have emailed them 10 times.they just stopped replying.DONT WASTE YOUR $$$$$$

I've only ordered from this place a few times, but I've never had any problem so far. I just made another order today, so I could update again later if needed. Based on other reviews, it seems like if you're going to get one of the more obscure compounds on there, or some certain types, you might want to proceed with caution. I've only tried stuff like the F-Phenibut (hard to find also, so it's great they have it here), the modafinil related compounds (they have a couple that are also a little harder to find), noopept nasal spray, etc. So I don't know how it is when ordering stuff like that.

They don't give you a lab analysis like some places will either. Although, a lot of nootropic sites still don't do that. I like how they give you a % off for using specific types of payments (Bitcoin, Zelle, etc.), probably because those are easier for them. Zelle is an easy way to pay too and I usually pay that way. They also ship super quickly, so it ships that day or the next usually. So they might possibly have issues with some compounds and/or customer service, but I don't know because I haven't come across any issues yet and haven't needed to contact customer service. Everything has been as good as it could be, plus they have a pretty good line-up of stuff. A small number of things there are trickier to find, or I find them, but on sites that only take Bitcoin, since many nootropic sites utilize bitcoin these days because of how banks are. Some only use that and/or other things that I don't use.

This is my go to place for nootropics. Great prices and they have items that nobody else carries.

Been into nootropics for some time and always been buying most of my power from a well known vendor with almost the same name and the quality seems to be slipping a bit with a few of there products so I stated looking for a new vendor after reading the reviews of nootropic source it seems you love or hate this vendor so I went and gave it a try and ordered some nootropics and was very pleased with the quality made a few more orders and can say that I wish I tried them sooner. This will be my new go to vendor. P.S. if you are buying any thing like this from the Internet have it tested before call it fake

I’m hesitant with the products here. I ordered memantine which seemed good, nothing wrong there. But then I ordered 50x kratom extract and was very disappointed. It is no where near the potency it’s advertised, and on top of that the effects is nothing like kratom, like it’s a different chemical all together. I wasted my money on that, and more importantly have no idea what was in that powder... strange stuff. Lost my trust
