Great company. They excel in products where extract potency and quality matters.
HOWEVER, for their more simple supplements, I would rather buy from other trustworthy brands. Stuff like L-theanine, Glycine, etc etc that do not require specialized extract technology do not deserve the markup.

I really like the option to purchase in bulk.
I really like the option to purchase items in bulk! There are other companies out there like ND that have high-quality supplements but do not offer bulk purchasing. Makes it easier on me to know that I will not need to constantly purchase something every month and save more money in the long run knowing that some items I purchase will be "lifers" in my shelf.
With that being said though, since you guys have bulk options, the rewards system should have its points validity extended. Many supplement companies that have reward systems retain points validity for 12-18 months. ND's system keeps rewards valid for 90days. This period is extremely short given that you guys also provide bulkier bottle options.
