I'm very much disappointed with this online brand... Their customer services are pathetic... I don't know why google has given positive feedback to them... They have given only one contact number on Google and the lady is very rude and irresponsible... There must be some action taken... It takes too much time to start the tracking after ordering...
i had a very disappointing experience with this online store. i ordered three dresses, but when my order arrived, one dress was missing and other was torn.i returned the damaged dress for exchange, but they kept it and never sent me a replacement. in the end they kept two of my dresses while taking full payment. it has now been two months. i have called them countless times , shared my account details for refund and sent multiple emails as well. but they never respond properly. when i try calling from another number, they pick up , but as soon as they realize its me, they make excuses like "your voice is not clear" or just block the line. this has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. i have shopped online many times but noory nazar has been the worst exprience. very unprofessional and dishonest people.. they have completly cheated me....
